Best Video Pipe Inspection in Atlanta GA

We were recommended to Morningside Plumbing by our realtor. We are in the process of buying a house and need plumbing work done based on items coming from of our house inspection. Paul met me at the new house for a quote. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional throughout the entire appointment. The quote was extremely fair and we look forward to working with them on our plumbing needs going forward.

The introduction of plumber before his arrival was unique. If included a photo and a little family history, marital status, information about his kids and hobbies. I have never seen anything like it. I felt like I knew him before he arrive. The introduction was well crafted and disarming. There was no reason to be suspicious of the plumber on an emergency call. While he did not repair my tankless water heater he did suggest a no cost work around. He stopped the leak and left. All in all he was at my house for less than a half hour with no trip charge. I am certain that this rarely happens. Most service companies will charge a trip fee. I could not have made the repair as quickly. When you need a plumber don't hesitate to try this group. They will show in their promised widow. They will give you an honest assessment and I believe a fair price.

Ray and his partner were fast, efficient, and friendly. They removed our old toilet, cleaned the bathroom area, purchased a new toilet for us, and installed it in less than three hours from our initial phone call. I had an awesome experience with Priority Plumbing. I called them at 4:00 pm today, 07/15/2016, and they were at my house by 5:30 pm. I had an emergency at my house, as there was no pressure in the water lines.

They diagnosed the issues and quickly repaired it very efficiently. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were reasonable priced for the short notice I gave them.

Matt and his awesome crew repaired a hole I had in my main drain. They were responsive in providing a quote (which was a great price!), they were very flexible in working with my schedule, and they completed the repair as described. Matt kept me up to date throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. I cannot recommend Zippy Plumber enough!

Do not trust their quotes and assessments! I had Mr. Plumber come out to do a plumbing inspection and to identify the cause of a low water pressure issue. The technician identified that a pressure reducing valve needed to be replaced. When he gave me a quote the first thing he gave me was a sales sheet for a new water heater - despite the fact that I had no issues with my water heater nor did he perform any checks on it. He then gave me a $936 quote to replace the valve. I asked for the quote split between parts and labor and was told that the amount was what was in their book. He also claimed a higher charge was needed because the space would be narrow to get to - despite the fact that there was plenty of clearance. I ended up buying the part at Home Depot for $57 and had a family acquaintance fix it. It took him 20 minutes! I will never use them again. And by the way the price for an inspection was a joke. All he did was look at pipes and turn on faucets. He was in my house less than 20 minutes.

They can't replace a simple washer in a water faucet and will only replace the entire faucet. Cost of installing a new outside faucet > $500. Ridiculous. I had paid their $69 evaluation fee to find that out.
