My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future. I will likely never call another plumber. Seriously!

Finally, a company that is honest, fair, and does quality work! This is the 2nd time we've called G Force Plumbing and we couldn't be happier with their service. We just moved into a home that was built in 1960. For this visit, we had a loose faucet and leak in the bathroom sink. We also have a toilet that occasionally makes a rumbling sound when it is flushed. Mitch was our technician. He assessed all of our plumbing and explained everything in the evaluation. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. He fixed the bathroom sink at a fair price and explained everything he was doing. He also explained that the rumbling sound with the toilet was likely not related to a back-up or clog and didn't concern him. He was just amazing and I will definitely use G Force again and recommend Mitch and the company to all of my friends!

Water Savers should change their name to Life Savers! From the moment they were referred to me throughout the entire process I felt like hey were partnering with me to truly help me. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we are expecting our first child. Shortly after the home purchase we started having major issues with our water line and we didn't know what to do. One of the contractors doing renovations on our home highly recommended Water Savers to us and they did not disappoint. The pricing was competitive but fair, the service was excellent, and I felt the genuine care and concern for the situation my wife and I were in from the customer service rep all the way up to the top. You can't pay for that. So if anyone is looking for leak detection, repair, plumbing, etc I'd highly recommend Water Savers. 1st Class company all the way around.

John was efficient, courteous, and explained well what he encountered during the maintenance visit, including the status and outlook for a couple of components of the system. John didn't just assume that I knew what parts he was talking about, and he was respectful when he had to explain. He was tuned to my thinking, cost-conscious, and helpful in decision-making.

So today Dekalb county sanitation came to my house and unfortunately broke a pipe. They called Pam the Plumber and she was there quick. Very efficient and professional! She and he assistant Mike were both very professional and made sure were had rumning water and good pressure before they left at 930pm after being there for several hours while the county was still working. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Definitely will call them for ANY future plumbing iasues!

Installer was smoking in my crawlspace while installing gas furnace and appeared under the influence. I don't believe their technicians are drug tested or background checked. This is a scam operation. Steve Malone is a smooth talker and seems easy to trust until you realize how much you overpaid for poor work. Do not hire. Absolutely do NOT hire.
