I have worked in customer service in my career for more than 30 years. Had Charles W. come to my home to replace a tub faucet I broke during a repair. I am a former landlord and have interacted with at least 100 contractors on various projects for home maintenance. My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future.
