Paul, the owner, is very professional, knowledgable, and always accessible. He spent a lot of time with me at Floor and Decor helping me to choose the tile for my new shower and bathroom. The end result was stunning and affordable! He communicated regularly about what the next step would be, and the work was always done on time. They've replaced my water heater, and also went above and beyond to contact all their suppliers to find a part for my old toilet. A+. Will continue to use them for all plumbing work.

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

I had a clogged kitchen sink, called Roto-Rooter, and someone was at my house to fix it within 2.5 hours. Emir Celic was a great technician. He was friendly and not only explained my problem to me but also how I could avoid it in the future. I appreciated his efforts to provide me with the most cost-effective solution. He also had some pretty funny stories to share when I thought my clog was bad! I definitely recommend.

I called this plumber bc of the good reviews. I had a leaking pipe in my basement and needed it repaired asap. They schedule me immediately. Reggie the owner said his guy would be there between 2-3pm which turn into 4:30pm left the property after I had waited an hour and a half past the appointment time which no one else I know would've done. I have patience! Finally I got a call letting me know the tech is 15 mins out. I was 10 mins late to get back to my property cause of 5 o'clock traffic on hwy 78 and he was already gone and Reggie the plumber wouldn't answer my call. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for plumbing needs! This guy is nothing but a headache.

These guys are by far the best. We had several other companies come out first and they could not fix our problem. Best 1 Plumbing never gave up until our water heater was fixed and working. I highly recommend this company. Shodd was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
