Disappointed and Disgusted..... I noticed there was water leaking near my water heater, so I called Monday night and a journeyman was sent out first thing Tuesday morning. I was advised by the receptionist and the journeyman that there is a $35 service call. When he arrived he saw there was water around and near the water heater so he went to his truck to get his water detector. He then offered to put three (3) holes in the wall to see if he could find the source of the water. The most holes he could place in the wall is three (3). All three (3) holes were cut above the water heater and not down at the bottom of the wall where the drywall was soaking wet with water. He then advised me the cost for the three holes is $220. He then stated I needed a new water heater in the amount of $1855 and provided me with a detailed handwritten estimate. I declined the service. After paying for the service I still was not comfortable with the problem being my water heater. I personally removed the soaking wet drywall and installation and found the culprit - a pipe in the wall had burst. I shared my experience with the manager and he did offer to send someone else out to fix the water pipe. I did decline his offer as I was not satisfied with the service received by the first technician. And I could kick myself for those ridiculously priced holes at $73.33 per hole. Unfortunately, I will not use their service again. Happy Holidays!!

I called 3 different places who said they were open on Sundays before actually reaching a live person at A-Plus. The person answering the phone said he could have someone out to see why my hot water tank pilot wouldn't light. I gave them my address at 1:20 and by 3 the job was completed. They were a life saver because the thought of starting a Monday off with a cold shower was terrible. Definitely recommend them!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD. My mother wrote a review a couple of days ago on this company. The manager called and said that he would take care of everything including refunding us our money. Where do I start? First of all, we were charged almost $300 for nothing. The guy did not fix the problem. Before our tub was just backed up but ever since he left, the toilet is backed up also. Second, he made racist comments about Asians. Yes, I am Asian. In my household, we do have dogs. HE asked me if we were raising the dogs so that we could eat them. Wow. Very Professional Roto Rooters. Third, he left for an hour just to go to the store to buy tools. The manager did contact us and told us that he would issue a refund and would take care of the racist comment situation and get back to us. However, there have been no response and no refund. HE said we would receive it within 2-3 business days and it has been well over a week. DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE. ROTO ROOTERS WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND WILL STILL CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICE.

When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

The technician was very pleasant and friendly. He did the job well. I will definitely call Atlanta plumbing solutions if I need a plumbing job done in the future.

This is our second time in about 3 years using Alliance Plumbing for a similar, but unrelated leak from a pipe in our front yard. I called this afternoon to check their availability, and they showed up about an hour later. We are thankful for their prompt response and quick, yet thorough repair. The guys are professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

The technician, Chad was very professional and knowledgeable. There was a leak in the condo above mine which turned out to be a HVAC issue. Which meant another company will have to perform that repair.
The technician arrived promptly at 9:00 AM which was impressive.

The initial call was with there answering service however got a call back within 5mins. Got scheduled the same day which was God send being I'm in and out of town. Had a window time between 2-6pm and was told it could be earlier which it was. Justin called and came out Abt 1pm. Immediately meeting Justin he is very personable, funny and knowledgeable. Showed him the issue and he was able to complete task same day at a good cost. Lol as he would say the shark bite is removed and finished. I want to let Panther know you guys got an outstanding tech. I recommend this company totally 5 stars and they're in the database for future. Thanks again

This company. Shocked me matt responded immediately very friendly its a busy time with covid. I called again David then called me back within the same day fixed my problem thank goodness it could have been a disaster if David couldent come out as quivk as he did David and his assistant were great ill be using this company in near future

I had a great experience using Zoom drain. I called them for a toilet clog issue and they had a professional team out within about an hour. The team was knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend!

Had a faucet leaking issue in the laundry room. A technician came and told it will cost $1300 to fix it and estimated 3-4hrs. I was thinking it is a huge problem since he said it will take 3-4hrs to fix leaking problem. So I said okay. Well, he only replaced 2-3 pieces and finished it less than an hour. I told what happened to other people and they all said it’s a rip off. I tried to call and talk about this to the manager, but apparently the manager is never available to speak. Unless you want to pay extra $1000 on a simple repair, stay away from them and look for somewhere else.

Peach Plumbing and Drain treated us amazingly at our new home! Our plumber Chris was outstanding. He helped inspect our sump pump to let us know if there were any issues. Will absolutely be using their services.
