Best Underground Plumbing in Atlanta GA

Bad service, I had 9 am appointment until last minute that tell me the schedule was behind and not apologize it. Here is the thing, customer have a lot schedule to do and no time to waiting you because at last minute you said no technician. Big liars. Waste my time. At the end, the service just told me that call me back with no accurate time. Zero star

Kalib came in within the exact time that the company had scheduled him for - when does that ever happen!!?? He was on time, courteous, explained the billing and pricing to me and then explained the issue with the toilet. He was quick, communicative, & easy to work with! I couldn't recommend this company and Kalib more!!!!

Professional services were provided from start to finish. It's always difficult to find a service provider who is trustworthy. The gentlemen who came to our home was extremely polite, treated my home like it was his. He explained everything that was happening in terms that I could easily understand and laid out my options. At the end of the day he cleaned up the mess and while I'm never happy to pay a bill, I'm glad that I chose the right people to resolve my issue. I can't say enough good things about these guys.
