Living in a home for 20 years creates lots of relationships with services like J.W. Ayers. We have appreciated the specialized fixture knowledge that Hubie brings to diagnose and efficiently maintain our plumbing system. Joann runs a responsive office too. Grateful for local plumbers that keep our flow going and going.

I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

I recommend Priority Plumbing. They were on time, worked quickly, fixed my outside water faucet, replaced the toilet water line and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. They only asked me to pick out the faucet for the kitchen sink, then they worked quickly to do the rest. Price was good. Both gentleman were very polite and asked all the right questions.
You can't beat it.

Atlantis Plumbing is one of the best. We were having issues with our relatively new Navian water heater at our rental property and were not getting the assistance we needed from the manufacturer. We scheduled a plumbing review and repair with Atlantis who was able to come out the next day. The plumber (John) was certified on the water heater brand and walked us through what was done to repair the unit. He also gave us tips on how to make sure we continue to maintain it. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We will be calling Atlantis for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.
Highly recommend!

We've been with Estes for about 10 years and have always been pleased with the service we have recieved. We recently moved into a new house. The electrical and plumbing inspections were thorough and they were able to help us prioritize what to do now and what can wait. Our electricians were Justin Hendrix and Britt Jones and our plumber was Justin Rose. Our HVAC tech is Lee (Smith?) and he's been fabulous at both houses. I trust these folks.

Excellent service from the time the service call was made until the job was finished! David and Charles came to my resident to check my water heater. They quickly diagnosed the problem. I expected to have to replace the water heater, but David discovered that the gas had been turned off during a furnace repair and the pilot was not relit. He discovered that the leak was not coming from the heater, but from a line that needed to be tighten.I asked them to check a toilet for a possible leak. David checked for the leak and stabilized the toilet. Both men were professional and worked together to get the job done, and not costing us an arm and a leg for service. I'm making this company my plumbing choice.
