I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

We had a leak last night from our attic and called this company to see how much it would cost to have someone look at the problem and provide an estimate. We were told on the phone that it wouldn’t cost us anything (which is in line with their website), so we had a technician come out. The technician was in our house less than 3 minutes and told us that it was the HVAC leaking and that their company doesn’t service HVACs. As he’s leaving, he asked us to pay $200 for a service fee so that his “rating doesn’t go down.” I explained that he didn’t’ service anything (didn’t even get off the attic ladder) and the estimate was supposed to be free, so no… I will not be paying that money.I called the next day to make sure this technician was not trying to scam us, and indeed he was not. This company considers a free estimate as someone coming to your home and not looking at anything. I’m assuming you can do this over the phone? If they even glance at the leak, they charge you a diagnostic fee. Complete false advertisement and I don’t deal with companies who are not upfront in their charges.We went with Ragsdale, who did a wonderful and professional job. Please be wary in dealing with this company and their hidden charges (that they boastfully advertise to not have).

Bryan communicated with us in terms of arrival time. Showed up promptly. Determined the leak in the ground was not the water line but our sprinkler system. Turned off the valve and replaced the soil he had dug up. All this in the heat of the day and said there was no charge. An honest plumber. Will use them again when the need arises.

My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!

This was the summer our home A/C unity died. Our experience with Estes Services from the time we placed the initial call thru the conclusion of our newly installed A/C system was exceptional. Ashley & Natasha initially fielded our call and promptly directed us to our diagnostic rep, Paul. Based on his findings sales rep Justin provided several options for how to proceed. We accepted the option that best suited us and within 2 days we had a crew on site. Installers, Jason and Ali, were amazing. They encountered many unexpected and difficult on-site issues which they handled professionally and seamlessly. Jason continued to keep us informed of the process throughout. To summarize, Estes Services and their entire crew, from the initial call to final installation, was extraordinary. We highly recommend Estes Services.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.
