They were clear about what issues they saw, and proposed a plan to fix it before they started any repairs. Pricing was great , i was expecting to pay much more. Excellent Service Company. My hot water heater thermal expansion tank developed a leak after hours causing continuous leaking of water (thankfully I had a catch pan under the heater and outside drain so no floor damage :-) I called the Emergency After Hours Number for Morningside Plumbing and promptly got a a call back from the Service Manager, Josh. He was at my home within little over an hour. He had the necessary part on the truck and got the problem quickly fixed. He was polite, pleasant, attentive, helpful and explained things clearly. Answered a follow up question on the next day. Perfect experience from start to finish. Can't say enough nice things about this company! Very professional and customer service oriented!

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

Jerry and his team were wonderful! He talked us through the install process of a full bathroom and laundry in our basement, answered all of our questions. The work was done quickly and flawlessly and for a fair price which is always bonus!

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

well I'm going to start by saying I called Ray to My home to fix a leak I had and He came out and did a good job with fixing it I thought until it started to leak he had to come back at lease 3 times within a 1 Hour period. I have Brand new Hradwoods installed inside my home recently. so I offerd him foot protection and he VERY rudely refuses them because he is un professional & Most likely upset with the Leak problem we were having. I thought using them would be good but, I Hate to say it But u get what u pay for I would Rather be over charged Next time then to Deal with this Company ever again. But they did Fix the Problem Thank God. Hopefully they do a better job for u then they did for me and my family.

Y'all, if you have a plumbing issue, do yourself a favor and call Reggie the Plumber. We have been using them for any and all plumbing issues that have come up in our older house since buying it five years ago, and we are always impressed with the service we receive. They are always friendly when you call to set up an appointment, and have always been punctual and really easy to work with. They will fix what needs to be fixed, and not try to sell you on services you don't need. They are amazing!

Of the four companies that quoted a water heater replacement, Jackie at Atlantis was the one that took the most time to understand my needs and talk through various options. Installation was timely and efficient with no problems whatsoever. Above all they were nice and friendly - plus they were the cheapest (which also helped!).

My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!
