What I liked about Herman was that we talked about the options ahead of time and during the process so that he didn't perform work that I would had to have paid for which I didn't need. I spoke with Michelle and even though they had no one immediately available, she took time out and accurately identified the part I needed to replace and provided a website for the part which I then replaced myself. I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.

Being a single female I have always been a little aphresive to call a plumber. But late Friday night I encountered quite the emergency. My water heater busted and flooded my garage. After calling plumber upon plumber and having no luck getting same day service I stumbled upon Plumb Masters of Atlanta. Andy was at my home in less than an hour. Unfortunately my water heater was shot. But he was professional, efficient and even helped with some of the cleanup. Thank you Plumb Masters for coming to my rescue!

You do get the owner on the phone but he’s unprofessional. Has difficulty scheduling appointments. Can’t schedule without requiring you to call back. Incomplete service. Had outdoor faucet fixed but didn’t fasten down. Came loose few months later and leaked again. Fixed the second time but charged again for what they didn’t do the first visit. Altogether very poor approach to service. I hate to give a local business a bad review but problems are just too pervasive.
