I had a brand new faucet put in a bathroom(by a plumber that I used in the past) for a rental home of mine and 2 months after my tenants moved in, water started spraying underneath the sink and unto the floor. I was on my way to check it out when I saw Raymond's truck in the Home
Depot parking lot. I called him, he came outside, and followed me to my rental home. He informed me that the faucet was installed incorrectly and even showed me the difference! He even cleaned up after himself when he was finished! I have definitely found a new go-to plumber!

Techs Jackie and Berry came out to my house to look at a kitchen sink that was leaking. I knew it probably wouldn’t be a big fix, but they came, fixed the issue in 10 mins and were on their way. Nice guys and great service.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Contacted North Atlanta Plumbing to have them install a dishwasher. They were able to come the next day and pricing was good. Matt & Rusty did a fabulous job installing it in a timely manner. They turned everything back on and made sure it worked properly before leaving. Was so satisfied they are coming back to fix other plumbing issues.

I called and talked to Andrew about getting a leak checked out on our shower he was willing to see us same day even though it was a long and late day for him. (after 9) that's pretty incredible. He helped me troubleshoot the issue and didn't even charge me to look at it! So that was again amazing service!

We have used Fix and Flow twice now, and have gotten Anthony and Brian both times. They are professional, courteous, and transparent. I would recommend this company and these particular plumbers to anyone! They fixed a leak in our faucet as well as a leak in our gas line. CAn't speak highly enough of these two gentlemen.
