Best Tank Water Heater in Atlanta GA

We've used Morningside Plumbing 3-4 times over the past two years. The customer service is excellent. Most recently, our hot water heater failed. A supervisor came out the shortly after I called, and two plumbers came back early the next morning (Saturday). We had hot water again within a few hours. The plumbers cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.

I have tried several unsuccessful time to have the plumber return to my home to adjust the tub fixture so that I can get HOT water. The 'arm' that was replaced does not rotate completely to the left to access the hot water. No one will call me back, no one will address the issue, no one will honor their mission statement. I am truly disappointed. This is my next step, hopefully I will not have to go further.

I had a water main leak in my front yard and was in a panic to get something done as soon as possible. Bison plumbing was incredibly helpful and friendly and were at my house the following morning after I called them. They did a great job and their whole staff was really pleasant and hard-working. My grandma had been having a water leak for a while that had been causing her bill to be very expensive. I called APlus Heating Cooling Septic and they came out the next day ready to get the job done. They quality of their work was excellent. And the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely be calling them again in the future.

I more recently had my entire plumbing replaced at my rental property and have also been happy and impressed with the quality of work completed. Delta Plumbing - and especially Brian Jackson - have definitely come through for me in 2017! I first called for a water heater replacement/upgrade, which Brian handled really well despite the challenge of fitting in tight quarters. I called for Brian again to replace/upgrade the original junction valve and fixtures for shower/tub combos in 2 bathrooms [one to fix a leak, the other to be preventative]. Prices for each job were estimated and explained in advance, and were certainly reasonable. But most importantly, Brian was great to deal with and did a terrific all around job taking care of things!

One evening I had a plumbing emergency and I was in a panic! Once I call Priority Plumbing I was reassured the problem would be fixed. They wee very polite and professional. And they fixed my problem. I highly recommend Priority Plumbing for ALL your plumbing needs!

This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We thought it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

Scheduled Roto-Rooter to come look at my hot water heater. No call/no show 3 times in a row. I have 2 special needs children who hadn't had baths in 4 days. Called Hammond and they had a tech out in 45 minutes.

With-in days of buying our house, our water heater (that the realtor and home inspector said was in good order) went out. Rocket was here in no time, found our problem and replaced our water heater at a good price!!
Fast forward 3 1/2 years, wake up to no hot water. Called Rocket, they recognized the problem, I called RHEEM and fixed it myself, Rocket could have milked this for a service call and BIG repair bill but instead helped me fix it over the phone, NO ADDITIONAL COST *$$$* TO ME!!!

Reggie and his team are great! Excellent customer service every time I call. They've worked on several plumbing issues in my home and always make sure everything is done right the first time. His prices are the best around!

These guys are by far the best. We had several other companies come out first and they could not fix our problem. Best 1 Plumbing never gave up until our water heater was fixed and working. I highly recommend this company. Shodd was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent overall service. Came out and determined the problem on a Saturday morning and had a plumber out to fix the problem by Monday.

This is a great company. He showed up after 10pm with an emergency plumbing problem we were experiencing. He came back as promised until night and day until fixed. Highly recommend this company .
