Best Slab Leak Repairs in Atlanta GA

My appointment was delayed twice. I was told that the truck had to go to the shop both times. When they arrived things started out smoothly. They removed the lid from the tank and the bill started running up from there. A $450 septic tank cleaning had become $2700. Zachery became slightly arrogant saying he is the Vice President of the company and felt insulted that we questioned some of the repairs he suggested. He kept banged on the concrete baffles with his shovel as though he was trying to break them off. He refused to take anything off the list of repairs, and he refused to pump the tank unless we agreed to do the $2700 worth of work. At that my husband asked them to leave. He told them they didn’t even have to put the dirt back over the tank. I called ALL PRO Rooter and Septic out of Stockbridge. They came out that same day. They pumped the tank which included excessive sludge and jetted the main line for $750. Tank is working just fine and I still have those additional$2000 in my pocket.

Had Charles W. come to my home to replace a tub faucet I broke during a repair. I am a former landlord and have interacted with at least 100 contractors on various projects for home maintenance. My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future. I will likely never call another plumber. Seriously!

I've never had a bad experience! Always responsive and quality work. I've used them for everything from inside pipe leaks, pipe leaks outside with digging involved to clog leaks. They've always been able to diagnose and fix the issue. Highly recommend!

Called and scheduled installation with Sharpe’s Plumbing. Was told by receptionist they will pick up toilet from home supply store. No arrival, no pick up , and no call on scheduled date. No apologies. No customer service. Not reliable.

All I can say is wow! Victor and his crew from Chen Plumbing did an amazing job. They were so fast and professional. They replaced my water main and did bypass around my leaky slab pipes. Any future work I need done will be done with them!

What a bummer. I called them because of the strong reviews on here, but my experience wasn't as good. I wish I could leave positive feedback. I called on a morning, they said they could arrive around 6-7pm that day. Made sure I was home from work by 6 to let them in. After I texted them at 7pm asking for confirmation they were still coming, I didn't hear anything until he called at 8pm saying he would be arriving at 9pm. At 8:50pm he texted that he was too tired and would be arriving in the morning between 9am-10. Fine, I understood and agreed to that. I arranged with my work that I would be arriving late. Next morning, I texted and then called and left a voicemail at 9:30am to confirm they were still coming. No response. I called again at 9:55am, and texted. No responses all day, still at this time at 8pm. I don't understand why no response or updates, but it wrecked my morning being late to work for nothing, thinking he was coming. I understand being too busy to take on more work, but I would have rather they told me they can't make it until another time that would work for them, rather then telling me twice they were coming, effecting my schedule, and then not show up or even respond to a call or text. Too bad. I can't recommend them.

Our hot water heater broke and it was in the ceiling in the men’s bathroom:
Water destroyed the ceiling and almost the floor. We called these guys in a panic and there were there in no time. They came back the day after with all the right tools and a new hot water heater.
When you have a small business you need companies you can rely on. We will definitely be using them in the future.

They are no-shows. I called them, & made an appointment for the next day. Instead of coming, they called to say that, We have to delay your service by a day. I agreed, but they did not come the next day and they did not call to alert me. When I called them, they said, There will be another delay. We called you to warn you. I checked my phone logs to confirm there were no calls from Peach Plumbing & Drain. I fired them

We are a commercial business in the Alpharetta area. I had a leak in one of the room in a hotel. I called the office and spoke with Ms. Sam and she was so nice, professional and helpful. She scheduled their Master Plumber to go out there. I know they were very busy but the squeezed us in so there was no damage from the leak in the shower. Ms. Sam kept in contact with me to let me know when to expect the plumber. They went out assessed and resolved the issue. Thank you for your amazing response and professionalism. I will absolutely call them again.

Called Plumbers 4 Real early Saturday morning and they arrived within an hour. Jamari did an incredibly great job and was a perfectionist with his work. They were prompt, courteous, reasonable and unbelievably professional. Couldn’t be happier and they guarantee all work. Yes!

Roger and his father were great, and very professional. I highly recommend both of them.
