The service that I received from Quick Action Plumbers was thorough and informative. The process was explained to me prior to the repairs. The men worked quickly but efficiently. I had a leak under my sink. After the job was completed, I ran the water for several minutes and the leak was repaired. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing issues.

The drain pipe through the wall under my kitchen sink began to link from an old junction between a lead and copper pipe. It might not seem like an emergency, but use of the kitchen sink or dishwasher - hard to live with for long. I called Quick Action early the next morning, got a call back within an hour from the dispatcher with a appointment window 10 - 1. Willy Lopez called at 11, arrived 20 minutes later, cut out the bad pipe, replaced it and reconnected everything by lunchtime. I had called several other emergency plumbers who couldn't even come out until the next day. Thanks for the speedy, competent service!

I have been in really pleased with QAP for a few years. They have unclogged drains, installed a new kitchen faucet, repaired an outside water faucet from a repair that was incorrectly completed by a handyman, and most recently, replaced two master bathroom faucets. Each time, the work was done well and I knew what to expect in terms of price up front. I have worked with Tony in the past and now I am thrilled to request and use Dakota. Emergency Shut-off Valve

My sewer line got clogged one weekend, luckily my sewer clean out was open so it backed up into the yard instead of the house. I'm fairly handy so I tried to handle the situation myself by renting an electric drain cleaner from Home Depot. I ended up clearing the line, but 2 days later it backed up again, so I knew I needed help. I called Quik Action and they sent Gene out the same day to take a look. Turned out I had clogged the sewer by washing bacon grease down the line. He pressure washed the sewer line and I was flowing again. He didn't waste time or money by offering anything unnecessary, and explained in detail why he felt the pressure washing was the right solution. 3 weeks later and I'm still running fine. Bacon grease goes in the trash though!

Crew responded quickly after initial call and identified source of leak on water supply line. After some deliberation, identified 3 potential options and settled on solution that would rectify the situation without causing significant intrusion to my property or budget. Water is on and flowing!

Amazing! These guys are high quality and do a fantastic job. They really went above and beyond to correct the sub-par plumbing that was installed in a house I just purchased. I first called at about 7 a.m. and spoke to a real person, who said she would relay my message to one of the plumbers at 8 a.m. when they begin service. I received a call back from Ray, one of the plumbers, at 8:10 a.m. He told me he could come out to assess the problem around 9 a.m. He arrived on time, as promised, carefully assessed the issues, and began to fix them promptly. After taking the necessary steps to prepare my home for a proper renovation, Ray told me about a 5 for $500 service that Quick Action offers. I definitely wanted the service, and the peace of mind that comes with it. The following day Ray and his boss came back to completely re-plumb my waste lines, remount one of my toilets and drain the effluent from my showers and toilets. This was a lot of work, and they accomplished all of it in about 3 hours. I was really impressed by their promptness, professionalism, clean and uniform appearance, honesty and intelligence. I sincerely thank them for making my home livable again.

We had a horrible experience with this specific company. We called to have our garbage disposal fixed. Upon the plumber leaving our kitchen sink immediately flooded and went through our floor down into our basement. We are without water now for 24 hours as we’ve had to shut it off. We’ve contacted them 6 times with an urgent call out to their dispatch and have not received a single call back. No one is working and turns out they have no emergency service. I called another company’s dispatch and was called by their technician within 2 minutes of placing the request and the other company is coming to fix the issue they created.

Plumbing repair professional arrived on time. Went to the local Lowe's for parts. Completed the repair in several minutes. No leaks! He answered all of my questions completely in a courteous manner. He wore a top notch face mask and gloves as well as practicing guidelines for social distancing. I have used this company once before in the past and I highly recommend their services.

The service tech that assisted me, Tony, was thorough in diagnosing my leaking HWH, explained every step along the way in a respectful manner, and was efficient and clean with his work. I previously had a plumbing company come out to fix a clogged washing machine drain and they were “unable” to correct the issue and told me I needed to replace a section of pipes. They quoted me an astronomical amount to replace the pipes and decided to pass but was still charged me a fee even though they were unable to fix. I called Quick Action and Dakota showed up on time. I told him about my previous experience and wasn’t up for paying for another fee if it couldn’t be fixed. He assured me he would be able to fix it. He had to go at it a couple of times but ended up making it happen and have not had an issue since. Pricing was in line with others and wish I would’ve called Quick Action first. They’ll definitely be my first call in the future.

These guys are so great! We had an appointment for them to come last Thursday to install a new sink. We had ordered the wrong size sink so they couldnt so anything on Thursday. Fernando and Aaron helped us by picking up the right sink at Home Depot and brought it over and installed it first thing on Friday morning on their own time. This will be a two part review so bear with me. The first is for the initial inspection I needed for our house in Douglasville. Did some online research and narrowed to 2 companies. Called to make an appointment and the customer service was fantastic. Had an appt window which was accurate. Got a call beforehand to let me know they were en route, which was greatly appreciated. Quick, comprehensive and professional. Got a written estimate of all repairs needed. I will edit with Part two as soon as work has been completed. But absolutely, so far so good.

We used Quick Action Plumbers for a very stubborn clog in our kitchen line. Ricardo and the other gentleman with him were very helpful! Arrived on time and called ahead to give us noticed. Worked the clog which included looking at the garbage disposal and replacing several sections of old cast iron pipe in our crawl space. They were patient and persistent. Making sure that the job was complete and everything was working, even though it went later into the evening. Appreciate their help!

I called around to find someone who can fix my issue in the same day. Many other companies said that the earliest they can come is 2 days later. But my issues were in toilet and shower that I really needed to get them fixed immediately. When I called Quick Action Plumber, they understood urgency and sent someone within an hour. Technicians were courteous, had mask and shoe covers on which I really appreciated. They explained to me what they are going to do and showed me estimate price. To be very honest, the price was higher than I expected but they fixed my issues quickly and ensured everything is working okay after they fixed. I would recommend this company.

This was 1 of 4 plumbing companies that I called to tw an estimate to replace a galvanized steel water main. Since it is a big project I wanted to get estimates to compare prices and reviews. This was the only company of the 4 that charged a fee to give the estimate. They said it would be $35 so I accepted that. Then when the guys got here, they said it would be $100 something more to go into the crawlspace and see what they needed to see to give me the estimate. At that point I said never mind, I’ll just go with the 3 estimates I have and decide from there. I paid the $35, which he said was just to get them there. I don’t appreciate the hidden fees. I definitely won’t be calling them back for anything in the future.

The best - and most surprising - part was that the issue was with the appliance itself, not a plumbing issue. Our plumber arrived on-time for a same-day call. He was super professional and explained what he was going to do to identify the issue. We thought that our sump pump had failed, but it turned out to be a clog. He remedied the clog and saved our basement bedroom! Apparently a guest had been flushing wipes and sanitary products in the toilet. Reasonable price and excellent service! I highly recommend!

I had called two other plumbers and both of them came in & basically refused to fix what I needed. The other two plumbers gave me prices for everything but what I needed all I needed was an expansion tank added it to my water heater. The other plumbers kept telling me I needed to add a shut off valve or I needed to add a pressure regulator.. that’s not true.. consumers get tricked every day with this “pressure regulator scam“. building code from the 1990s early 2000s did not require homes to have a pressure regulator valve that’s a new regulation that just started in 2010 or 2011 new construction. But the plumbing company will tell you if you don’t install the pressure regulator they can’t do the work!!!! which is a lie it’s a rip off and to get a pressure regulator cost over $1000.. which doesn’t include the cost for the services you actually need. Quick Plumber did the work I requested they were on time and I am satisfied with the work. I will definitely recommend them.

The plumbing person was told that I had already removed the disposal and I told them to check it if they can fix it. So they told me that we cannot do it becoz I already took it out and if I wanted to diagnose what is wrong with disposal then would have charge for installing it back and then check what it is wrong with it. I thought it was not professional thing to do as they didn’t have to even remove it but on top of that they said it can’t be fixed if it’s leaking. Normally person would check what is problem and then they will take it from there but here the guy didn’t even touch my disposal and suggested to change without even looking at it. I had to show him what the problem was then he completed disregarded the idea of checking it and told me that I have to replace it. I guess nowadays it’s not easy to have thorough professional guy who would diagnose the problem and at least have courtesy to say that we tried to fix it but it can’t be fixed. Here we can’t rely on any plumbing guy. Very difficult to find nice people who will go out of way and help or be professional about it.

When the temperatures dropped my pipe to my water spigot busted. I called Quik Action Plumbing. They were able to get someone out that evening. Instead of just repairing the pipe and having it possibly freeze and bust again. He gave me other suggestions and quoted me both prices and let me make the decision as to how I wanted to handle the repair. He made the repair the same visit. Very friendly!

Quick Action plumbers made my weekend and holiday good by the flexibility to fit me in and deliver excellent service for my plumbing issues in my basement. I called on Friday morning at 0830, answered told me that they could schedule me on following Monday 11/20 at 9am, but they would attempt to squeeze me in at 3pm but they would call me. At 1230 I was notified the plumber would be at my location at 3pm. He came on time resolved my plumbing leak resolved water pressure in my home and left before 6pm. It was quick and clean, fair fees for parts, labor, and very professional. Mimi and Tony of QuickAction took great care of my plumbing needs for my home. Quick Action Plumbers unfortunately had to come 2nd time Dec20, 2021 to repair another wall pipe leak. Roger and QAP team were on time, very good cleanup after finding and repairing the complicated wall leak. Very good service and thst is why I call QAP for my homes plumbing issues.

I used Quick Action Plumbers for an issue at the school I work for. They were very quick to get to the school and assess the issue. The technician was very knowledgeable and able to fix the problem quickly. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of work done. He had to climb in the schools attic to get to the pipe/plumbing to unclog them. The technician had a very good attitude for being in the hot attic so long. I will definitely use Quick Action again.

I really don't like having to figure out who to use for services like painting, yard work, plumbing etc. A friend recommended Quick Action and I was pleasantly surprised. This was the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. The city hired them after a series of events and mistakes made on a main water line at the end of our driveway. I was a little skeptical at first as the city had hired them but boy was I wrong. From the moment they started they acted professionally, were extremely caring and respectful always asking what more they could do, they worked in masks and were conscious of safety during covid 19. They also worked tirelessly to fix the issue that they didn’t cause and went above and beyond. We had two different plumbers come out on multiple occasions and every time they really were knowledgeable and correct. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. They will be my first call for any future issue that I have. Strongest reccomendation!

Roger and his partner were great in fixing our sewage pipe. They were on time and worked really hard through the day, digging deeper than they expected to reach the damaged pipes. I had to replace the one inch Pressure Regulating Valve to my home. There was a horrible high pitched sound when I used the water in my house. Quick Action Plumbers diagnosed my problem and the you guessed it they took Quick Action and replaced the old - 1964 - valve. Problematic noise is gone. Thank the team at Quick Action Plumbers I will use them if I have any problems in the future.

I was in need of a shower repair and searched out a company with a 4 star rating or higher. Quick Action Plumbing met that requirement with an outstanding rating well above the 4 stars I was seeking. The repairman whose name is Willie was not only on time but also professional and courteous. He came in repaired the shower and then informed me of where the inside water cut off valve was located in my garage. Over the years I've used several plumbing companies but this one stands out. Not only are they reasonably priced but eager to get the job done. I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs. I recommend this company to all that are looking for fair pricing and professional service.

I had a major leak that I was not sure where it was coming from. I called QAP and initially I was told they could not send someone out until 3 days later. Called today for a complete Re-pipe of a 2 story house, the Tech name Dave stated hm hm hm... I am not sure if you want to pay to get it done, you might find someone who can do it cheaper, Dear Homeowners , this experience should tell you what kind of company you might be dealing with. I just hang up the phone and will find a plummer who does look at every customer professionally.

So if you are looking around blindly like I was looking for a licensed, binded plumbing company you should strongly consider QA. Customer service from the first point of contact was professional, and the technicians went out of their way to explain all necessary repairs. The work was finished, and after they left, we noticed a tiny leak. One call brought them back SAME day, where they fixed the issue. No hassles, fair pricing, and standing by their work. What more can you ask?

EDIT #2: I ended up calling them back for the same project a few months later. This time, they gave me a more complete quote and included a discount given our previous challenges. I was impressed with their ability to deal with adversity and adapt. We found pipes that didn't go where we thought they would and were able to adapt the plan on the fly. We also found an extra 8 inches of concrete beneath the walls below the walls. This required extensive jackhammering. They rolled with the punches, even bringing in a generator as the saw had been tripping breakers with the added stress. They were able to get through it all after taking an extra day, and in the end addressed all our problems. So while we did have a hiccup the first time around, that seems to be an isolated incident and they really do care.

EDIT: The office manager called me immediately after this exchange and explained the situation, owned up to the mistake they made, and offered to help make it right. I now believe this was more a poor interaction in the moment explaining the situation (e.g. we sent the wrong guy). I certainly appreciate the professionalism and honesty of the office management.

We have bellied pipes below our foundation that are causing blockages. We need to cut up the concrete foundation and re-lay properly graded pipes. Had them come out and walk the unfinished basement. We had the lines traced so they knew exactly where everything was, measured and re-measured. Called and reviewed with them before committing. Scheduled three weeks out.

Guys came on-site only to leave half an hour later. I then get a call saying they couldn't honor the quote because there was a lot of concrete to cut. Apparently the quote was for 30 ft of concrete cutting but this looked to me more than 70 - 100 ft. Their explanation was that they sent the wrong guy who didn't know how to quote the work. The interaction felt very unprofessional and I decided not to continue at this point.

Hard not to be impressed. Called in the morning, got a same day appointment to troubleshoot a weird issue we had been having with hot and cold water mixing after some new construction. The plumber (Willy) was on time, extremely polite, and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. They even wear shoe covers when they come in.
After that, I asked him about 10 other questions that I had on my mind and he answered each one patiently and thoroughly. The visit fee was very reasonable and I certainly would have had them do any repairs if they were needed. Highly recommend.
