I found out my water heater at my condo was broken on a late Monday night, and it was replaced with minimal effort on my end by Thursday afternoon. I was expecting just regular maintenance to septic tank. However, ran into an unexpected problem. Trace took the time to show and explain the issue. There was no way around it. Ended up spending my entire stimulus check to correct the issue. Just glad it wasn't much worse.

Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. We were not charged a penny for his visit. Scott at Plumbpros saved us hundreds of dollars and fixed the awful smell in our bathroom. I highly recommend calling Plumbpros for your plumbing needs.

The Technician Michael did a great job repairing our leak and taking care of all the water remediation. They had to demo our kitchen to dry everything out. They were clean, efficient and professional.

We just bought the house and these things (toilet issues, shower leaks, garbage disposal and hot water heater) had gone unnoticed by the inspector. Jon Camp and Dustin did a great job installing a new toilet in my Guest Bathroom. Jon answered any questions I had before he left. He was very professional and courteous. The office staff was very professional each time I called and very helpful as well. I would use them again and ask for Jon.

Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.
