My experience with Delta Plumbing started off disappointing.I had employees that were not experience. A 2 day job ended up being almost 2 weeks. The leak detector showed a leak under slab and when the Jim and Dylan jack hammered the concrete they could not find the leak. So they told me that their supervisor would call me that afternoon. But I did not receive a call. I had to call the next day to find out what was going on. They left the jack hammer, a hole in my floor and plus a crack pipe. The next day Jacob came by and did nothing but check other bathrooms in my house. The next day I didn't get a phone call so I called the office again so they apologized to me. The next day Steven came, very knowledgeable and found the leak. He told me he would be back in the morning but was a no show so I called the office again. I asked to speak to the manager; per Jason he didn't know he was a no show. He promise he would have someone out the next day. The next day Nathan Just came out The A Team. He was very professional and knew his job. He explained what he was doing and assured me that my problem would be fixed. He kept me informed, called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He stayed until the job was done. Nathan apparently know what customer service stands for, somehow Delta have lost how to treat paying customers. If Delta Plumbing gives out awards, Nathan Just truly deserve recognition for his hard work. Thank you Mr. Nathan Just for being a true PROFESSIONAL!

Ryan from Estes Electrical just left after fixing a short in a switch that left me with no power in my bedroom. Estes was the only one of 3 companies that returned my call, and Ryan was here early the next day. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly.I won't hesitate to call Estes again if I need an electrician.

Tim Chen arrived promptly to my home the day after Thanksgiving to install a new hot water heater and remove our old one. Tim answered any questions I had, and did an amazing job. He completed the job in a very timely manner and also thoroughly answered questions I had about a future project. Chen plumbing was recommended to me by a number of people from my city. His prices were also reasonable and he had a pleasant demeanor. We will definitely use his services again.

Recently had a tree cut and stump grinding done. Water collecting on front yard made me fear the sewer line was damaged. Had a plumber come out and run a camera through the line. They claimed that the sewer line was cracked and in need of repair. The estimate provided was substantial. Apart from plumbing work, the job would have required my front yard and possibly sidewalk to be dug up.

I contacted Carl for a second opinion. Within 3 hours, he came out to my property and ran his camera through the same line and to my surprise, there was no crack. No tree root damage. No work to be done at all.
