First let me say that a job that was supposed be for only one septic tank turned out to be for two septic tanks. When they couldn’t find the initial tank, they reached out to a co-worker Robert, to come out and put a camera down the line. That led to them finding a clean-out which I assume was a better way of doing things.I forgot the young ladies name who answered my call, but I’d like to say thank you to her. Zachary and his co-workers were professional from start to finish. Thank you all so much for doing such a good job.

Plumbing issues with my toilets/shower. The technician Troy was very versed & professional. He did some troubleshooting, executed the solution & just like that my latrines are back in business.

I called this plumber bc of the good reviews. I had a leaking pipe in my basement and needed it repaired asap. They schedule me immediately. Reggie the owner said his guy would be there between 2-3pm which turn into 4:30pm left the property after I had waited an hour and a half past the appointment time which no one else I know would've done. I have patience! Finally I got a call letting me know the tech is 15 mins out. I was 10 mins late to get back to my property cause of 5 o'clock traffic on hwy 78 and he was already gone and Reggie the plumber wouldn't answer my call. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for plumbing needs! This guy is nothing but a headache.

I called Atlantis out of desperation . i had a water leak going on for 5 plus days. Bryan came out and was both helpful knowledgeable and friendly. He helped walk me through different options . Once we decided on the right option Cody Massey and Johnny Cotton came out to implement. They were on time knowledgeable and easy to work with. The first option did not work so we can up with another option and they stayed until the job was completed. They were neat they were careful not to damage wires and cleaned up when done. On top of all of this, the price was competitive.
