A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

The 2 employees that worked on my main water line outside were really professional and friendly. I only gave 3 stars because I know the cost of repair was pretty high considering the fact my fiancé had already dug through the ground 1/4 of the way from entire line.

I had a water main leak in my front yard and was in a panic to get something done as soon as possible. Bison plumbing was incredibly helpful and friendly and were at my house the following morning after I called them. They did a great job and their whole staff was really pleasant and hard-working. My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!

Maybe we had unrealistic expectations. We paid $60 to get a quote which took 8 days to receive. The bid came in 3x higher than any other bid we received from other highly rated plumbers in the area. We will be using a different company.
