This Roto-Rooter crew were VERY professional by introducing themselves (Derick) to my husband and I, listening to us to ensure they didn’t dig over our existing sprinkler system pipes in lawn. This Superb crew is highly knowledgeable and skilled in the plumbing profession, etc., they successfully completed the water service line repair in our front yard, and cleaned up after the repair.Please knowledge Derick who I considered the lead of this crew was training Jed by guiding him on what tasks are required to complete the water service line repair! Did a great job on replacing a section of drain pipe in my basement

Bobby was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions throughly and patiently. Showed us everything he was doing and explained. We would give him 5 stars and above. A young man with work ethics is hard to find nowadays.

I called at lunchtime today to have service done on my Rinnai tankless water heater. Horan, the tech, was there in less than 3 hours. He knew what he was doing and had it fixed in under an hour. The water heater is working again.

They were very timely in coming out to give me a quote on my project. Ben was the gentlemen who came out to my home and he was great. He was very professional and helpful during the entire process. He also really worked with me to try and get the pricing to a figure that worked for me and still be able to take care of my project needs. He was able to come in, assess the situation, build what was needed ( Reception Window/Desk) all with limited information and time. He was very well informed about the specifics to make everything flow smoothly with the install. Even generously offered to help in other areas of trouble. Knowledgeable, Personable, Skilled, and Very Precessional. You would be doing yourself a Disservice NOT to hire him!
