Excellent service from the time the service call was made until the job was finished! David and Charles came to my resident to check my water heater.They quickly diagnosed the problem. I expected to have to replace the water heater, but David discovered that the gas had been turned off during a furnace repair and the pilot was not relit.He discovered that the leak was not coming from the heater, but from a line that needed to be tighten.I asked them to check a toilet for a possible leak. David checked for the leak and stabilized the toilet. Both men were professional and worked together to get the job done, and not costing us an arm and a leg for service.
