I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

They were fast to come out did a good job. But I had already digged the hole and found the busted pipe and they still charged the full price and they are a high price company. Did fix my problem but for the price wish I would have went with different company.

A-Plus Priority Plumbing is great! They are very fast and have very good pricing. I called another company yesterday and they quoted me almost $1,700. 00. A plus priority plumbing charged me less than half and they did very good quality work. I have saved their number for future needs.

We had a pipe burst and called the first number we could think of: PlumbPros. Randall was at our place in 20min and sealed the pipe shut before any bad damage. Already thinking of the next job we'll call him for. Thank you to Randall and the PlumbPros team.

My sink had a blockage and this was the 3rd company I called and the only to have next-day availability (on a weekend too). David S. came out and explained his plan, answering all my questions. The second thing he tried did work, and then he did a full plumbing inspection and answered even more of my questions. He was so nice and informative. I learned a lot today - thanks, David S.! The price was a bit more than I’d hoped ($395 for the snake/sink machine), but I did appreciate the quick and friendly service.

Eric came today to check our AC unit, he's been to our home several times. Eric is just a nice guy who takes pride in what he does.. Noticed after he used the water hose, he rolled it up neatly! Wish hubby would do that. Our unit is 11 years old, he said sometimes they start having issues around 12- 15 years..but so far so good. I always feel safe when a tech from Estes shows up, they know their stuff and just are great guys. We've been using Estes for over 25 years and they are just the BEST!!

David was on time, friendly, and did a great job! I needed a gas stub put in a new/old home I purchased for my oven, and he was very helpful. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. They are my go-to plumber now, and I will request David every single time.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
