Josh came out exactly when he said he would and installed two new toilets. Clean, professional job and honest advice on a drainage issue as well. Highly recommend.

Plumber was timely, professional, but approachable. Did not hesitate to discuss, advise, etc, always willing to answer customer questions. Definitely will use Chen for future needs.

When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

Wow’ed from the initial call! This was the 2nd company that I had out. Rachael was knowledgeable from the start, which instilled confidence, and they genuinely wanted to earn my business.

I can’t say enough about Matt Smith and Danny. They arrived right on time and listened to the issues we were facing. They retested some things at their desire (no charge) to properly diagnose that my issue was a toilet valve and not my main pressure reducing valve. Significantly less of an issue than previously told, and less money too! (BTW, $395 vs. $505 for the PRV from one company to another). They could have just went with it, but instead focused on the the issue at hand. Having been screwed by others in the past, Matt and Danny created a fan in the process. Kudos for repping the company well!!

The pricing was very straightforward from the initial conversation, to the published pricing on the website, as well as what was invoiced. I was never “upsold” through the process. Not only was the water heater a couple hundred dollars less, it included the thermal expansion tank, AND comes with a 10 year warranty (vs. only 6 with the other company).

I honestly couldn’t wait to post a review, not because i thought that they would ask, but because I thought they went above and beyond. Thanks team!!

I was amazed by this company’s fast services. I got off the phone with them and within an hour, they’re at my door. The clog in my sink was cleared in no time.

No show. Took off work to meet their plumber at 10:00 at a rental unit. Plumber calls at 10:30 to say he doesnt know the address. An hour later (11:30 now) still no show. This wasnt an appointment for a range of time, this was booked ahead of time for a specific time. I spent almost two hours waiting in a hot truck on the street for a plumber that never showed up. Called the company - they dont seem to have any idea where he is.

Update: Worse - so a guy finally shows up, looks at my fairly new water heater from 8 feet away and says once they act up you really need to replace the wjole unit. WHAT?? If thats all they can do they could have told me that over the phone. I Ordered a new thermocouple from hotpoint which the manufacturer believes may solve the problem. No help from Plumbing for Less.

Showed up same day to get the emergency repair done.

These guys are amazing and honest! Jason came out in about an hour and fixed my problem in an instant. He even gave me advice on 2 other plumbing issues at no extra cost. I will call them first for any future plumbing needs. Awesome.

Ray answered the phone on my first call to him. He was out here, on time, the very next day. His prices are reasonable considering the very labor intensive job he had to do. Ray was communicative while he was at my home doing the job and while I was at work. He kept the property clean and didn’t require me to be present at all. He had to dig down in my front lawn to repair the broken water pipe bringing water into my house. Zero drama. He just made it happen. It’s as simple as that. Thankful. Thank you, Ray.

Ray came to my rescue today. He has amazing customer service and gave me quick service. He explained everything he was doing step by step which eased my mind seeing ive never had to call a plumber before. He will be my plumber from now on. Thanks Ray.

Jaydon completed a scope of the sewer line for a couple of multi family properties. He was on time, very efficient, and knowledgeable. It was and is a pleasure working with him and I’m glad we have decided to develop a long-term relationship with him and this company. Complete honestly and transparency.
