Zee and Kennth came out to replace our bathroom faucet, shower head, and stopper about a month a go. About 3 weeks later, the stopper broke. They came right back out and replaced it at no charge. They are stand up, honest guys. I would hire them over and over again.

On arrival Cameron introduced himself and his assistant he was very cordial and thorough to explain things to me like options for installing risers which nobody ever told me before having a filter and needing to clean it every 6 months to a year which no one ever told me previously and he noted that the last septic company didn't even put a filter in my system nor did they tell me mine was missing! The entire experience with DELTA from start to finish was fabulous I felt like the pricing was fair and the guy that came to empty the septic tank the very next day (Today), made it look look easy w/the new Risers l look forward to an easier experience from here forward and definitely plan to stay with DELTA for all my Septic needs. Thank you Cameron for a job well done.. ( oh and Cameron be sure to come back so I can give you a riding lesson on this Hayabusa. Motorcycle LOL)!😜

I called them about 11:00 am on. Saturday, Chris was at my house before noon. He fixes 2 issues quickly and at a reasonable price - he didn't have to run to the store, he didn't have to take any calls while he worked. He knew exactly what to do and and he did it. Very pleased.

We called on a Sunday and the plumber came out within an hour. He was friendly, assessed the issue quickly, and corrected it without charging us an arm and a leg! We are very appreciative and will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again!
