Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Jon was fantastic. Timely, honest, professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was prompt and reasonably priced - especially compared to the bigger companies. AND, as opposed to aforementioned companies, he took the time to figure out the root cause of the problems, which were actually easier fixes -rather than just replacing an entire fixture. We will definitely call Jon again for future plumbing needs.

The scheduler worked with me, the tech , Casey Conrad, called before arrival as promised , and then promptly diagnosed and repaired the leak. After receiving outrageous quotes from Home Depot contracted plumbers for a hot water heater replacement and installation, I expanded my search. Enter Google search. I browsed a few companies specifically in the Dunwoody area and was impressed enough by the Google+ reviews for G Force Plumbing that I contacted them first over the other listed companies.

My first contact was with a very professional, well-spoken woman who promptly transferred me to Joe. Joe was very helpful in not only giving me an estimate over the phone (time saver!), but also in explaining the difference between builder and consumer grade heaters and providing me great detail about the company's background and warranties. He answered every question and concern I had in great detail. He gave me such a sense of confidence in the company (and a much more reasonable quote), I immediately chose G Force on my first call.

Within two hours, Shock and Buck arrived to install the water heater, greeted me with a handshake and got to work. Minor issues arose during the installation and they immediately alerted me to them. They were thorough, personable, professional and answered all questions I had and even went so far as to suggest maintenance that I can easily do for not only the water heater, but my a/c line as well, to prevent future issues. The best part: I wasn't charged a penny over my quote!
