We’ve used Estes for our AC maintenance and various repairs for several years and have always been happy with their service.Recently, we hired Estes to replace all of our rooftop ducts. It was a fairly large job and although we ran into a few bumps during the project (mostly weather related), I can’t say enough about the excellent service that was provided by Mike Todd. He kept an open line of communication at all times and personally saw to it that everything was taken care of here. He truly went above and beyond!Estes conveniently provides a wide range of services and I will now recommend them to all of our sister locations in the state of Georgia.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I had been told by a company that my sewer drain had roots in it. The cost to clear the roots was ranged from 5k to 20k depending on if the roots were under the slab. I had PlumbPros come out for a 2nd opinion. Thank goodness I did!! They ran the camera and found that whatever was causing the slow drain of my toilet must have been knocked loose by the camera the original plumber used. There were no roots. PlumbPros saved me $1000's. I could not be more appreciative of happy with their service than I am. Thanks so much Richard!!!

Kyle is an awesome plumber/tech and he fixed my gas leak fast and efficiently... he also explained every step before proceeding. He is excellent at his job and went the extra mile and I would recommend him to family and friends.

Our water heater died suddenly this morning- I called Tim Chen and got quote(s) for options and advice back quickly via text. They were able to come in the afternoon, haul away our old unit and install a brand new 50 gallon unit for a very fair price. Highly recommend!
