Best New Fixture Install in Atlanta GA

Zee and Kennth came out to replace our bathroom faucet, shower head, and stopper about a month a go. About 3 weeks later, the stopper broke. They came right back out and replaced it at no charge. They are stand up, honest guys. I would hire them over and over again.

Worst company ever. Their bulldozer did severe damage to my driveway in 2 spots(drove the length of driveway), you could see the tractor marks. Manager said for any concrete company I found that confirmed his tractor did the damage he would find someone that would dispute that. The tire treads from tractor and the pic of bulldozer where the damage is should be proof enough to fix. I would never recommend this company.

My experience with Estes was fantastic. From the young sales person Trey to the two young techs who installed my new furnace Jason and Reuben. They were polite, professional, helpful and did the job very well. They were attentive and I felt very comfortable with them. I joked about them looking so young and one of them said Well we are the new wave I guess. Estes you are doing a great job training these young people and I will continue to use your services for another 20 years. Your women in the office are also enthusiastic and helpful. Good job 360!

Tim Chen Plumbing came highly recommended and did not disappoint! I called on Wednesday to inquire about replacing my hot water heater and Tim very graciously agreed to come that day. As the conversation continued, and it was determined it was not an emergency, he asked if I could schedule on Thursday and I agreed. Oscar arrived around 9am and with a helper, was done in an hour ... maybe less? Very responsive, very reasonably priced. Very satisfied and if need arose, would call Tim again in a heartbeat!!

From initial call to competing of service, everyone was extremely professional. The technician came in and identified the problem quickly. He went through every detail, showing me exactly what the problem was, provided a quote and scheduled time to come back and complete the job. I was notified before both visits when the technician was on the way to my house and he arrived near the beginning of the service window. Very clean, very professional, very thorough...could not be happier!
