Friendly courteous and professional!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

The Good: Technician was professional and arrived on time and was able to successfully complete the job.

The Bad: The company uses flat rate pricing, but the flat rate is not available on their website and they are unable to give any description of how charges are calculated. I was in a bind with no hot water due to cold water flowing backwards through my homes recirculation line. Bison took the opportunity to charge a hefty fee for a 1 hour job since they knew I didn't have much of a choice.

To change out a faulty check valve (that they had installed a few years prior) I was charged $675. This was with a repeat customer discount that brought the total down from close to $900. They stated that this is in line with others in the industry, but you can get a better combination of quality and price elsewhere. I certainly will not be using Bison again.

This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We thought it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

We’ve been very happy with Estes. We had blown insulation done in the attic. Howard and Patrick from the Building Performance Dept. were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. We will be using Estes for all our HVAC needs.

July 3rd had family in from out of town. They smelled gas I called the gas company and my drying gas line was leaking. Gas company shut my gas off. I called Sharpe's Plumbing and they came out that day and fixed it. Thank You very much

Jon was fantastic. Timely, honest, professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was prompt and reasonably priced - especially compared to the bigger companies. AND, as opposed to aforementioned companies, he took the time to figure out the root cause of the problems, which were actually easier fixes -rather than just replacing an entire fixture. We will definitely call Jon again for future plumbing needs.

These guys are very honest and know what they are doing. They did a great job trouble shooting and taking care of some burner issues on my gas water heater. I'm very satisfied.

The guys that came out to install the water heater were AWESOME! The install was done professionally. Great pricing and will be using them for future plumbing issues.
