I had to replace a valve in my toilet. I paid $400+ but was in a bind and had no choice. I felt like it was a little pricey for the labor as the part was only $30. Probably won’t be a returning customer.

My water heater was leaking. He messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend him and his business!

Mr. Evans, thank you so much for your services today! You immediately and correctly diagnosed the leak within minutes of inspection. You still respectfully, patiently, listened to my concerns regarding my leaky toilet and even though you knew I had no idea what I was talking about, you still listened to me and that to me means something! By listening to me and my concerns, I made your job more difficult but you did it anyway to show me and give me peace of mind. The way you do business is sadly hard to come by these days. You take pride in your work and 100 percent operate your business with integrity. I’m grateful to have found Blue Skies Atlanta and I will only use you for all future plumbing!

Please don't use this company, they will make you regret it.
My service appointment was scheduled for 2-4PM, the technician showed up at 1:30 and then left. When I called at 2:05PM to get an ETA, the tech and scheduler said my appointment was being rescheduled for the next day. The tech said he had another job across town, the scheduler claimed the tech had a family emergency. So not only is this company inept, inconsiderate, and clueless, they also lie to their customers.
Edit:
After reading the Response from the owner' and the obvious 'blah, blah blah' boilerplate stock apology/excuse, I felt compelled to point out that I left a message for the owner, Kim Gibbs, on the day G Force broke the appointment and never heard back from her so I seriously doubt she's looking forward to discussing.

October 2017, The plumber that was dispatched (Andy) was a true professional. He fixed the problem at a reasonable price and gave me options for other work. The scheduling however absolutely horrible and that's no fault of Andy. I had the call set up online and it was rescheduled immediately. Then the 12-4 window was missed by 4 hours(showed up at 8pm). Then the parts were not available to fix. So basically i wasted an entire Saturday. The last time I used them they were better. Now it's Feb 2018 and they had to come back and fix a warrantied part. Water leaked from the warranted part buckling our hard wood floors and I'm told I'm being charged $250 for the repair which took one hour. Way to cover your $25 part cost. Also they accept no responsibility for the damage. This is absurd....

Very professional. Accommodated to our business' schedule and had us up and running shortly.

Pam the Plumber has a great reputation for her plumbing skills. I wouldn't know, because she came once, told my client what needed to be done, and then didn't come back when she said she would, nor did she call – for three days.

We had a continually growing wet spot in the ceiling. We ignored it for months until finally the ceiling caved in. It was a disaster. We new that it would be expense but it had to be fixed. I called Norwood Plumbing. They were great. They were able to fix the the leak and a much cheaper price than we expected. They were also able to finance us since we didn't have the money upfront for the repairs. This is a great plumbing company.

They ran the gas line into my kitchen for my new gas range. Came out to do an estimate then we’re able to come back within a couple days to do the job. Super professional and explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way! Highly recommend them!

Subcontracted the installation of our HVAC unit to an inept installer. I've had multiple people look at the system and tell me what a bad job this company did. Would never recommend working with Steve Malone.
