Best Installation Repair in Atlanta GA

I don’t know where to start. I have been searching for a dependable plumber for at least a month to finish the plumbing (adding fixtures, toilets, drain, turning on the water, etc.) in my basement. We all know that good help is hard to find. When I tell you that I will keep this company on speed dial, I mean that. Kenny and Z were excellent. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust what they told me, and they explained everything in detail. I requested some additional work before they left, and they told me they would be back the next day to complete it. Not only did they keep their word, but I did not have to call them; they called me. I advocate excellent customer service, and this company fits the bill. I would recommend them any day of the week for your plumbing needs. Trust me! There are still good businesses out there, doing good work and providing excellent service! First rate service and first rate work. We had a water line under our front driveway spring a leak. I called Morningside Plumbing since they were the guys that installed it 5 years prior. Josh arrived early and immediately got to work. He quickly identified the issue, a failed fitting, and replaced it. When i asked about the invoice he said that it was covered under warranty and there would be no invoice. I was stunned. Even after 5 years this company covered the expense of replacing this fitting. I will continue to use Morningside Plumbing, and Josh if he's available, for all our future plumbing needs. Josh, thank you again!

I'm extremely disappointed. I made an appointment and rearranged my schedule to be present for his arrival. He never showed. My time slot was on Friday from 12-2p. At 2p I called to inquire. He ignored my call but texted stating he was on the way. Today is Sunday and I guess he is still on the way. There hasn't been any more communication.

CJ is always responsive and does a good job. Stays late to get it done and grinds away. He roughed in a basement for me, including cutting a concrete trench through the slab for a drain and then came back to install the fixtures. He'll be back to hook up my kitchen when I'm ready.

If there's one word to describe Kris of Pride Plumbing, it would be extraordinary. It's not a word I'd normally chose to describe anyone - but with the above and beyond work that Kris did for me, that would be the word.

If you're like me, you're debating between several plumbers you've found on Thumbtack, or even some of the bigger guys like Mr. Plumber. The big guys simply charge too much, while the little guys, you may not be sure about their quality of work. I had peppered Kris with tons of questions about the process. Some questions I knew the answer to, but I wanted to test his honesty and knowledge. Unlike some other Thumbtack plumbers, he never rushed me to try to agree to a job.

Kris gave me a competitive quote, and despite the hardships faced that were out of his control, he saw the project till the end without charging me an extra dime. I will not go to detail on the hardships, but we had to call out Atlanta Gas and call up the manufacturer, Rheem. At the end, Kris had to repair the thermapile on the heater as well as unkink the gas line to resolve the issues. The project, which would normally take 3 hours, took 10 hours over 2 days (much of it waiting on Rheem customer service!)

At times it was frustrating, but Kris kept up his professionalism and saw it till completion. This was a rental property and he was concerned about completing the job before the tenant came back from vacation. After job was done and the tenant came back to use it, he followed up with me several times to make sure it was all working.

Kris could have upcharged me in different areas. For example, I told him Mr. Plumber said my expansion tank was water logged and I need to pay $$. Kris showed me it wasn't!

We all could use hardworking, professional and honest craftsmen like Kris. I would definitely hire him for my future plumbing jobs.

Gary listened carefully and explained how to fix the problems I was having in detail. He was very professional and personable and finished the work that needed to be done in a timely manner. I feel confident that the problems we were having were addressed. I Would definitely recommend Gary with Delta Plumbing for any plumbing issues you might have.

Jontell created a mess in my home and my problem returned 2 days later and we weren't able to reach him when it did. Just go with an actual company and save your time and money!

The person taking my call was very friendly and Maz the technician showed up that same morning, on time. He unclogged my sewer line, made recommendations and was very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Reggie installed the wrong size toilet in my bathroom, the toilet started to link around the base. One of his plumbers removed the toilet and installed another toilet it was also linking and it was having flushing issues. He installed another toilet it have the same problem. The conversation I had was Reggie would come out himself to see what was going with the toilet. That conversation happen the week before April 6th. It's almost May and I have not got received a phone/nothing.
