Kris answered my call as soon as I contacted him and he was at my house within a couple of hours. My toilet was fixed before noon. Excellent customer service and affordable prices. Thanks Kris!

I am highly disappointed in the service we received on 1/28/2021. We call Pride Plumbing to install a new water heater at our rental property. After we purchased the water heater Kris came the following day to install. Later after installing we were called to inform us that the P&N valve was broken. But we were informed that he could still install without the valve temporary but the water from the unit will run outside our property for a few days, not knowing the full scope of what he meant (I must take ownership of that part). However, after purchasing a new P&N valve we called him in two days to come back to install, to our dismay we never received a call back or a text response on when he would return to replace the broken valve. Please understand we paid him before he totally completed the repair of $350. After calling and texting for 3 days for no response. I finally texted him to let him know we will have call another plumber to install the part to prevent the tenant from having a high water bill as well to let him know I will be writing a bad review, calling bbb and requesting half of our payment back due to having to pay another plumber to finish his job $245. Please understand we have never posted a bad review before. Yet, this is beyond upsetting that we had to pay someone else to get the water heater working properly. However, we finally heard back by text to say he had an emergency out of the country that was the extent of our response back from him.

If there's one word to describe Kris of Pride Plumbing, it would be extraordinary. It's not a word I'd normally chose to describe anyone - but with the above and beyond work that Kris did for me, that would be the word.

If you're like me, you're debating between several plumbers you've found on Thumbtack, or even some of the bigger guys like Mr. Plumber. The big guys simply charge too much, while the little guys, you may not be sure about their quality of work. I had peppered Kris with tons of questions about the process. Some questions I knew the answer to, but I wanted to test his honesty and knowledge. Unlike some other Thumbtack plumbers, he never rushed me to try to agree to a job.

Kris gave me a competitive quote, and despite the hardships faced that were out of his control, he saw the project till the end without charging me an extra dime. I will not go to detail on the hardships, but we had to call out Atlanta Gas and call up the manufacturer, Rheem. At the end, Kris had to repair the thermapile on the heater as well as unkink the gas line to resolve the issues. The project, which would normally take 3 hours, took 10 hours over 2 days (much of it waiting on Rheem customer service!)

At times it was frustrating, but Kris kept up his professionalism and saw it till completion. This was a rental property and he was concerned about completing the job before the tenant came back from vacation. After job was done and the tenant came back to use it, he followed up with me several times to make sure it was all working.

Kris could have upcharged me in different areas. For example, I told him Mr. Plumber said my expansion tank was water logged and I need to pay $$. Kris showed me it wasn't!

We all could use hardworking, professional and honest craftsmen like Kris. I would definitely hire him for my future plumbing jobs.

I called Kris on a weekday afternoon to request an install for a faucet, and by 9am the next morning the job had been completed perfectly! Service was prompt, efficient, and super easy! Price for labor was extremely fair. We will certainly be relying on him again for any future plumbing needs!

Before I called Kris of Pride plumbing I was getting quotes that was very expensive. They was telling me to replace my water heater but Kris said it was okay. He fixed the problems that I was having. I liked the fact that he was very honest about my repairs. He was on time and did a great job. I will use him for all plumbing needs.
