ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! I needed major plumbing upgrades on my kitchen & my 3/4 (out of commission) guest bathroom. Mr. Bryan & his team were courteous, extremely knowledgeable, professional & super efficient; paying attention to even the smallest technical details- even going the extra mile to insure that the work of their hands would stand the test of time, maximum functionality, reliability, durability & quality. In a matter of 5 hours, (just as he'd stated), my antiquated plumbing was transformed from the dinosaur age- to the 21st century! They even did a thorough clean-up & hauled away the old fixtures! Well worth the investment because this is a company who invests in its employees- who in turn, invest their best into each client they serve....A+!

Called Atlantis Plumbing some time after 7pm tonight. The person answering the phone informed us that an on-call plumber in our area would call us back. Within 15 minutes Robert Camp, the on-call plumber return the call and arrived within an hour. He honored his quoted price and worked quickly to help us out in a pinch. Robert retrieving the problem helped us to advert further problems.

Estes is great. We purchased a new A/c unit for our condo from Estes that came with a warranty. Typically, I have very little faith in warranties as with a lot of companies, you have to jump through so many hoops to use the warranty. Well, we had some issues with our unit a few weeks ago and John came out the same day we called in for service. He diagnosed the issue, came back a few days later with the new part, and our unit is working perfectly. John is great. Very patient, listens to your concerns, and is very spot on with diagnosing an issue. We also did not have to jump through any hoops with the warranty. Everything was covered. I would recommend Estes to anyone in the Atlanta area.
