The gentlemen that came to fix my mother’s sink were friendly, efficient, and professional! Our sink has been overflowing and having issues for months. We finally had it looked at by Gold Standard and they truly got the job done and very well! My mother was beyond pleased and grateful for the service and the prices are very fair and doesn’t compare to exceptional customer service we received! It’s been about 2 weeks since they fixed it and our sink is still working like new! They even had a few pieces that I thought I would have to run out and get that didn’t come with the new sink I bought and they already had them! They serve the metro Atlanta area and was willing and drove down to Winder to service me! 10/10 will definitely always recommend!

I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

Kevin and his partner came out to my house and explain everything they were going to do before they got started. They completed the septic work , and it was an outstanding job. I was well pleased.

Called on a Saturday for an emergency service. Amazingly fast, VERY affordable and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Then I noticed sewage coming up in the tub. I was really impressed with how quickly they arrived to fix the problem. He even gave me some helpful tips. Very happy with my experience using Roto-Rooter.

Estes was wonderful to work with on our recent install of a new HVAC system. OT, Thomas, and Alfredo came out and did the installation and Laverne came out to do the quote. They were all extremely professional and knowledgeable, and ALWAYS showed up exactly when they said that they would. I would highly recommend their services. We will be continuing to use them for maintenance of our new system as well!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I hired two other plumbing companies before this one and they were not able to fix the leak that I was having in my basement. I should have called Atlanta Plumbing sooner. Their plumbers definitely know what they’re doing.

I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.
