Blue Skies was excellent! They came the next day and completed the work. Great customer service and at a reasonable price. Gareth did plumbing work on our house a while back when he was at a different company. The work was solid and held up nicely. After digging for a bit, I was able to track him down and I’m so happy that I found him and Blue Skies. In my opinion, straight forward and pleasant is what you will get with this business.

Do not trust their quotes and assessments! I had Mr. Plumber come out to do a plumbing inspection and to identify the cause of a low water pressure issue. The technician identified that a pressure reducing valve needed to be replaced. When he gave me a quote the first thing he gave me was a sales sheet for a new water heater - despite the fact that I had no issues with my water heater nor did he perform any checks on it. He then gave me a $936 quote to replace the valve. I asked for the quote split between parts and labor and was told that the amount was what was in their book. He also claimed a higher charge was needed because the space would be narrow to get to - despite the fact that there was plenty of clearance. I ended up buying the part at Home Depot for $57 and had a family acquaintance fix it. It took him 20 minutes! I will never use them again. And by the way the price for an inspection was a joke. All he did was look at pipes and turn on faucets. He was in my house less than 20 minutes.

The service at Royal Flush was excellent. The plumber came in and was very nice and personable. I only had one issue with Royal Flush. They were behind by a couple of hours, therefore no one came at the appointed time. I had to call to see if someone was still coming, since it was getting late in the evening. I think someone should have called to let me know that they were running a couple of hours behind. That was the only issue I had. Other than that, the service was awesome!
