Estes is great. Got a tech out same day, who explained why our unit was beyond repair, got a sales person, Justin, from whom we’ve purchased two units for our previous home, out that night. He gave us an honest appraisal of our options. Install crew out the next morning. Ruben and Fray were awesome. Got here on time, finished ahead of schedule, explained how the fancy new thermostat works, tolerated my loudly barking dogs. They even let me practice my barista skills on them.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. This was our first experience using Jon, but it won't be our last. He came out within 2 hours of my call, even earlier than he expected, to check out a leak in our yard from the water main. He's very honest -- he could have told me he needed to replace the whole water main and I would have said OK, but he said our leak only needed a section fixed. He fully explained the problem and showed me what had happened, fixed the section quickly, cleaned up, and then knocked $50 off our already affordable bill because he said we had been digging already and doing some of his work for him! He even gave me a tip about how to get the county to give us some money back from our water overage by showing them the repair bill. Great experience all around -- he's a keeper!

My water heater was leaking. He messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend him and his business!

I cannot recommend Blue Skies enough. They (Jonathan) were helpful in every aspect of the process and professional to a T. We had a huge project that included installing a tankless water heater and digging up old pipes from the house to the street. They were on time, stuck to budget (which was a very fair price), and kept us updated on their progress along the way.
