I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

One evening I had a plumbing emergency and I was in a panic! Once I call Priority Plumbing I was reassured the problem would be fixed. They wee very polite and professional. And they fixed my problem. I highly recommend Priority Plumbing for ALL your plumbing needs!

Tech corrected my plumbing issue however, he was way too impatient to give me a thorough explanation and answer my questions. The Tech specifically told me “we’re wasting time here.” Me, being the customer that is about to pay money for his services.Further, I tried explaining to the Tech that the City Water company has been doing work on the water line directly in front of my house for the past 8 months, and that we had to shut off the hot water heater valve when my pipe burst under my sink, and he raised his voice at me in agitation. I immediately stopped and corrected him. I very patiently said, “Sir, please do not get loud with me in my own house. This is my money, I worked hard to make it, I just want to know that it is being spent wisely, and that you have a complete understanding of the problem I called your company to come fix.” He collected himself and apologized. Now I’m sure Roto-Rooter didn’t train him to be impatient and talk to their customers in that manner. I felt disrespected in my own home. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was in an emergency situation, I would’ve asked him to leave and called a Roto Rooter competitor. I definitely know that had I been a customer in Buckhead or Alpharetta I would’ve gotten better service. So I’m satisfied with the work but deeply disappointed with the customer service given by the Tech.

Reggie and his team have done several things at my home. Always courteous and ready to an excellent job. Very reasonable priced. When I had a break in my Water Main line, I called him and within 1 hour, he was at my house and took control of the concern.

Arrived on time, provided decent quote for the work and were very thorough with not only explanation of the issue at hand, but what it would take to fix, and tips and tricks on how to keep any issues from occurring in the future. Highly recommend this company and team (if you can request them, do that!).

Matt responded to my message within an hour and was at my house the same day to fix my heat. When I told him my heat wasn’t working he made me a priority due to the cold weather.
