Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

I’d highly recommend Fix and Flow. Our technician Anthony and his apprentice were fantastic, took extra care inside our home and were extremely professional. Showed up on time, and had all of the tools and materials he needed to do the job quickly.

SLAM is great; they're super responsive, very quick (and on time!) and clear with pricing, options, etc. I've used them twice now and will not hesitate to call them again next time I need plumbing help (which will hopefully not be for a while :) ).

Gareth is awesome! He came to check on our problem the same day we called him. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If we ever need any other work, we will for sure call him!
