I have used this company several times over the past five years, and every time the plumber has been experienced and professional. They have never failed to address the problem correctly, and they will let you know if more than one option exists.

My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!

The installation experience was so much better than I expected. The gentlemen were promp, courteous and knowledgeable. The quoted installation time was approximately 6 hours. The actual time was less than half the quoted time. From the time they arrived until the job was complete, they never stopped.....I have used Estes for Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC issues for several years. I will continue to use them as long as they continue to employ the best of the best techs I've ever seen. My water heater was leaking. He messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend him and his business!

Had a small leak in my PVCP so called and Matt and rusty came out and not only fixed the problem but noticed my pipes were old and brittle so they replace them all with copper to sturdy it up and also changed my expansion tank that was full all in all great work very reliable, honest, professional, and great to deal with highly recommended to all thanks u guys for all the help

SLAM plumbing connected our house to the county sewer line, something most plumbing business do not do. They pumped the septic tank, collapsed it and filled it in. They arranged to have the sewer line from our house to the county line bored rather than trenched which saved our trees and the cleanup associated with trenching. We communicated mostly with Logan who was very responsive and helpful. During the excavating to reach the sewer line they broke an unmarked sprinkler line the next door HOA had installed on county property. They repaired the sprinkler line and graded the area so it was easy to restore to its previous state. I would highly recommend SLAM to everyone.

I've used this service company twice, once for a water line break were the complete line was replaced. Gaz was professional on time and reasonably priced. The second time which was very recent my hot water heater was leaking and after a thorough inspection it needed replacing. I'm hoping not to need anymore major Repairs in the near future but I'll surely use Blue Skies again aswell as refer to friends and family.

Cash Plumbing was professional and their communication was stellar! Joe came out to do some work on my property and he was both friendly and professional. He was able to explain all of the issues to me in layman's terms and had all of the work done on time and correctly. I'd recommend Cash Plumbing to anyone in a pinch and in need of a plumber!
