Worst company ever. Their bulldozer did severe damage to my driveway in 2 spots(drove the length of driveway), you could see the tractor marks. Manager said for any concrete company I found that confirmed his tractor did the damage he would find someone that would dispute that. The tire treads from tractor and the pic of bulldozer where the damage is should be proof enough to fix. I would never recommend this company.

Horrible. Had a pipe burst under the house. Called Roto-Rooter at 1PM since they advertise emergency same-day service. Said they would send someone at 3PM. 3PM rolls around and I call for an update. They said it will be another 2 hours (while my pipe is still actively leaking). I thankfully called the fire station to turn the water off from the street (I didn't have a street key and the valve was stuck in place). After 2 hours, I call again. They then tell me it could take all night for someone to get to me, but I could wait if I wanted. They felt like my only option, so I waited. 9PM rolls around and they call and tell me they will have to reschedule to the next day at noon. I keep the appointment until the next morning and then call Superior Plumbing who came out within 3 hours of calling. I will never attempt to use Roto-Rooter again and I recommend you don't either if you have an emergency. They will yank your chain all day if they don't have the staff for the job instead of simply just telling you they don't have availability until the next day.

Estes service replace my attic steps. The service tech was on its way up to service. The AC unit in the hinge broke away from the ladder. The tech took pictures of the ladder . Call his supervisor submitted the pictures . Within days Estes out Mr. Patrick and Tobias to install a attic ladder . Patrick and Tobias done. A super job installing the ladder. Very professional. Very detailed. Just so all around. Great experience! I just want to say thank you to the both of them and Estes service.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

When we decided to sell our last house my husband and I gave the bathroom a facelift. Fix and Flow came out to install our new sinks and faucets. Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable.
