I called this plumber bc of the good reviews. I had a leaking pipe in my basement and needed it repaired asap. They schedule me immediately. Reggie the owner said his guy would be there between 2-3pm which turn into 4:30pm left the property after I had waited an hour and a half past the appointment time which no one else I know would've done. I have patience! Finally I got a call letting me know the tech is 15 mins out. I was 10 mins late to get back to my property cause of 5 o'clock traffic on hwy 78 and he was already gone and Reggie the plumber wouldn't answer my call. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for plumbing needs! This guy is nothing but a headache.

Estes employees arrived at my home on time, with a permit, and immediately began working to replace my thirteen year old Freon a/c--heating system. ( Installed by Estes in 2002)Estes installed the the new Carrier Puron system. The men, Foreman Chris Weeks and his assistant, who installed the new system did an excellent job and left my home with all their scrapings as well as the old system for disposal. Very professional workmanship and treated my home as they would their own. Thank you Estes for a job well done!!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

We have used Andrew at Plumb Masters of Atlanta one time now and would most definitely recommend him and the company. We opened up shop back in June of this year and at first we were first having issues with our septic tank. We had Roto Rooter come out 3 times prior and all 3 times they just said we had a clog. The only thing they could figure out was how to get the toilets to flush and the lines to stay clean for just a couple days. After 3 attempts to get it completely right, we started looking online for another plumber. Andrew identified the problem immediately and was able to get it fixed for a 1/3 of the original visit by Roto Rooter!. He's professional and had our workplace ready in just a couple of hours! Its been 5 months and we've been Clog Free!

I was referred to Derrick by Wind River Environmental , about draining issues in my lines ,after speaking to Derrick we set up an appointment for the next day. Derrick called and said he would be there at 11am and he was on time .We discussed the problem ,and he went to work to solve the issue, witch he did in a professional manner.
