Trace M was our septic guy. He and crew were prompt and courteous on a cold rainy day. They pumped out the septic tank quickly.He spent extra time trying to smooth out the top dirt over the tank bit the ground was very soft and the equipment left deep ruts in the yard.I was asked to sign several page on his tablet of which at least 2 were blank. I did not really catch this until they had left.Overall I rate this a four, this being 4 days before Christmas with a lot of distraction and some stress.

Extremely responsive, reliable, AND reasonably priced! I hope to never have a plumbing issue again, but if I do, I will certainly call Priority Plumbing.

Jackie and Barry were fantastic. I had water accumulating in a crawl space and the initial inspector thought that the leak was coming from a pipe under the slab. After EXTENSIVE leak detection, they were able to pinpoint the problem and refused to fix a pipe that wasn't broken. I am a very detail oriented person and I know nothing about plumbing, so I asked A LOT of questions. I was probably a difficult customer at times, but they always remained professional and went way above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. They worked with me to get the necessary information that I needed for my insurance company as well. They seem to be people who take pride in what they do and stand behind their work.

Technician was great from beginning to end and very professional. Will definitely use Estes for A/C maintenance needs.. Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable with a great attitude 👏🏾

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I hired two other plumbing companies before this one and they were not able to fix the leak that I was having in my basement. I should have called Atlanta Plumbing sooner. Their plumbers definitely know what they’re doing.

If you are looking for a plumber who cares about their customers, look no further. My water heater went out on Monday and Victor was able to get a new one for me by Tuesday. Guillermo installed my water heater after 5pm and stayed until he was satisfied with the job. He replaced a pipe that was causing a huge increase in my water pressure which could have caused a lot of damage later on if not repaired. He also solved an issue I was experiencing with my toilet. He also educated me about reading the psi on my water heater and what it should be at all times. Thank you, Victor and Guillermo!!!
