Best Camera Line in Atlanta GA

My experience was great. I called today and someone came out within a couple of hours. Scott I. had great bedside manners. He offered us a simple fix, but we opted to have him perform the service we needed. My plumbing was installed/repaired and No leaks! Thank you!

I had a brand new faucet put in a bathroom(by a plumber that I used in the past) for a rental home of mine and 2 months after my tenants moved in, water started spraying underneath the sink and unto the floor. I was on my way to check it out when I saw Raymond's truck in the Home
Depot parking lot. I called him, he came outside, and followed me to my rental home. He informed me that the faucet was installed incorrectly and even showed me the difference! He even cleaned up after himself when he was finished! I have definitely found a new go-to plumber!

3 hours of work cost $500. Very polite, but that seems excessive. Won't use again.

They couldn’t get the clog in my kitchen sink,and it still cost 250. If it had worked, it would’ve been 510. They said they would send someone that evening or the next day. Nobody showed. Every time i called, they said someone would call me back, and that took three days. Finally, they called that Thursday and said someone would be there within an hour. I took off work to wait, and they never came. They still haven’t followed up. Please do not waste your money and time. Find a smaller business with better prices and more reliability.

Bryan repaired a leaking pipe in the basement. He provided GREAT service. He took the time to walk me through the options, and was through in working through a solution. He was very knowledgeable and completed the job quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend Bryan and Atlantis overall. This is the second time we have used them and have been very happy with their service. In addition, this was done in one day. I called them in the morning and the job was completed that day. Great and speedy service!

New HVAC system installed. Installers (Marcus and Bryan) were extremely professional and courteous. Brand New wall hung heat pump was wired incorrectly from manufacturer, Collin my salesperson came out and rewired it correctly from schematic! That's going the extra mile for customer service. I wouldn't use anyone but Estes.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Tim's guys did a great job replacing the washing machine valves, box and drain pipe. Will use again.
