not thrilled with them…they did a sloppy job on a tub install, then installed shower fixtures incorrectly and have had to keep coming out to fix them. we were ghosted by them on an appointment, waiting around all day until we finally worked it out with the office. for $1600, I am not impressed by the quality of service and attentiveness to detail, it is a very straightforward job and yet my husband who is not a plumber is pointing out simple mistakes to these guys constantly. we still have one more visit needed from them to fix a previous mistake but time is running out until we can tile and it’s just a bummer that their work has pushed back our reno by so many days.

I couldn’t ask for a better plumbing service. That Plumbing repaired same day and was extremely quick to respond and provide an estimate. The work was done professionally and no detail was rushed. Will use again and recommend for all plumbing needs.

I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

Do NOT make the mistake I made. They charged $482.00 to remove a hair clog in my shower. We only called for help because we have a fancy drain that we could not remove oursleves. The repair took about 5 minutes. While I expected to pay a premium, the pricing for this service is outragous and, in my opinion, unethical.

It was easy to get in contact and get called back for an appointment. Someone was available within 2 days. We had a list of issues from a home inspector and Jon reviewed it for us and pointed out the high priority items. They have a camera system for inspecting your drain pipe to the city. If you have an old home with cast iron drain pipe it might save you some trouble to have yours inspected. Jon was prompt and had a good serice-oriented attitude and solid knowledge of plumbing and old homes.

Matt responded to my call very quickly and arrived at the time he said he would be at my house. He did great work at a reasonable price.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting our installers Jacob T. And Christian. They were early for our appointment which was great. They even finished ahead of schedule. My husband and I were very pleased with the professionalism and how courteous these two young men were. Every time , they addressed me, they used ma'am. :). They were very thourough and cleaned up after themselves. I also want to say how pleased I was with Billy who set us up with the installation. Great great job!!!I also want to say that we love our regular technician Michael Smith Tech #7065 who pays us regular visits yearly. He is AWESOME!!!
