Best A Plumber in Atlanta GA

We had a leak from an upstairs bathtub drain leaking into our downstairs hallway. I went back and forth with my other plumber for over a week to find a time and a price to get the job done. When they finally sent me the estimate I knew I had to get others to compare. I am glad that I chose this plumber.

My experience was great. I called today and someone came out within a couple of hours. Scott I. had great bedside manners. He offered us a simple fix, but we opted to have him perform the service we needed. My plumbing was installed/repaired and No leaks! Thank you!

I spoke with some one set up my appointment and never heard back from anyone from this company again! I called 20x looking for the service technician once I seen my appointment window had expired but no one answered and the next business day I have still yet to hear from them even tho I’ve went with a more replicable company and received service they don’t know that! DONT DEAL WITH THEM KEEP SEARCHING ON GOOGLE PLEASEEEEEE

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I had a back up on my septic tank and pink Plummer came by to do the work they dug a hole and charged us , no problem with that charge The problem came afterwards when he said you never know what’s gonna be down there it’s like Pandora’s box. In that moment I said to myself this is probably going to be more than just a normal septic tank pumping. so for the digging $235. but for what he saw $3500 off total of $3735. So what I did said.I’m going to get a second opinion 10 minutes later I get a new estimate of $3000 at that point I know these guys work for commission, if they were just honest and gave me a fair price I would’ve gone with them I have somebody else coming in on Monday I will update.

I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.

They came out after another company tried to fix my problem and wanted to charge me thousands. These guys not only were substantially cheaper but pleasant and knowledgeable.
