Frederick was sent out to task on a slow draining sink. He was professional, prepared, and got it working. There were concerns about the original install not being done properly, but he was able to find a solution.

Not only was the work done week he finished ahead of schedule. Caesar was a pleasure to work with and really came through. Ignore the old reviews and give him a try. You won't regret it.

We have worked with this plumber in the past, but not very timely. They did descent work when they finally found the time to come out. Left us without water during this Christmas. When we realized we had a leak, I asked him to come out on 23 Dec to find the leak and I would dig up the area. I understood he would not be able to fix before the holidays and with Christmas Eve and Day he would probably not be working. Owner identified area, he was about 20 feet from where the leak truly was, but he was quick to charge $75. Owner stated he would be out Monday as they were taking the next 4 days for the holidays. I decided to buy all the materials to replace entire line from city meter to house, as this is the fourth time the line has broken. This should make it quick for the plumber on Monday, when he stated he would be out to fix the issue. When I called Saturday from Lowe's he said he was working on an emergency, which I guess our situation did not fit an emergency, being out of water over Christmas. He also said that because he worked Saturday, 26 Dec on that emergency, he would not be able to make it to my house until Wednesday. 7 days without water, very disappointing. I found two gentlemen that did a great job and I will use them in the future. Nova Plumbing is out! I will never utilize them again, as the owner is very much about himself and does not care about families. I do not recommend this company!
