These Folks are awesome!!! The staff in the office from booking appointments to making a payment. And the Tech Curtis he was absolutely professional and dang good at what he does. If you are deciding what company to use they are the ones stop looking and make an appointment. Oh and pricing is more than fair. For whatever reason if it was the builders or the city water system we had several neighbors who had under slab leaks within a week or two of our situation and from talking to them that all paid lots more $$$ than we did. Probably because these guys did it right the first time. Thank you American Leak Detection!!!

We had no heat in our house in the middle of a blizzard. We called up Plumber at 9:30pm and they had discovered our boiler went out.
They responded very quickly and within 2 and a half hours they were at my house doing repairs.
They had all the required parts needed to fix my boiler on hand, in stock at their shop.

Was referred to AD Plumbing by a friend. Scheduling the appointment was easy, the tech arrived on time, and provided several options for my repair service at different price points. He fixed my issue very quickly and I haven’t had any problems ever since. 10/10 recommend AD Plumbing.

They schedule service and don't show up. Then they say they will call you back and never call. I have no water and wasted my day trying to get service with this people. Do not use them for an emergency.

This company was set up through One Guard Insurance. They said a technician is supposed to show up between one and seven on a Tuesday and they called me at 6 o’clock to tell me he wouldn’t make it. The lady on the phone asked me what time would I like him to come the next day and I said 1 o’clock. She said he’d be there and by 7 o’clock he was not there: no call, no show. When Ruben finally showed up he diagnosed my kitchen sink and said he would have to come back with the correct garbage disposal. When he went to look at the toilet his only response was don’t use so much toilet paper. I just looked at him and asked, “For real?” He did install a flapper. But that was the extent of diagnosing the problem as to why my toilet backs up.SWAT booked two more times and were no-shows for two times. When One Guard called them, the technician (Ruben) called me four times and hung up. And the fifth time he told me he was at my house. I asked him if he could wait and I will be there in 30 minutes. He said no and hung up. I guess he overlooked the camera system set up around the house. He lied;he was not there. It gets worse but I won’t put all that here. I would say that this is the most unprofessional, unprepared, and unethical company I’ve dealt with in a very long time. If the company’s response is I’m a disgruntled customer, I suppose I was a customer and yes I am disgruntled. Please consider another company because this one is either overwhelmed or understaffed or they need more employee training in professionalism and honesty.

trash. bought a new construction house in October 2018, glg plumbing did the water works. come home to a flooded kitchen today (11/4/2020), call them and they get back to me saying its out of warranty and i better call someone else. oh ok, i was trying to give you a redemption on YOUR poor assembly! HA
