Josh S. Did a excellent project of fixing an issue that was unresolved over the weekend. He was kind and professional and thorough about repairing my bathtub drain. I was feeling a little frustrated after going all weekend without a functioning shower, but he was able to solve the issue in about an hour and provided options for me knowing that I had just spent money for a big repair prior to his appointment in my home. He was personable and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Josh!

Jeremy serviced our Mitsubishi minisplit system today and did a terrifc job! We've had our system for 5 years now and it had developed some mold. After showing us the problem, Jeremy took the entire unit apart and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected it. He also inspected and serviced the outside component of the system and explained what was done and the condition of our equipment. is now thoroughly cleaned, running and smelling lemony fresh! Had a 4 family with multiple frozen pipes. The two plumbers that showed were William Antonellis and his apprentice. They are good guys and terrific plumbers. It was a challenging situation but they ended up getting it all done in a timely fashion. I would refer this company to anyone.

Louie was professional and informative! The work he provided (garbage disposal repair, pipe replacement, and shower heater adjustment) took about an hour and a half give or take! Price was reasonable, too! The work dispatcher was professional and warm as well.

Team was professional. They were in the home for a few hours but did the water heater and a pressure valve in the crawl space. Our system was pretty old and failed and they recommended just getting a new one because of the additional failures that were likely inside the heater like mineral deposits (which were obvious when they tried to drain the tank and the water pump was only sputtering water out). Both team members were knowledgeable and had an solution for all the questions that I had. Out of curiosity, I like to linger over shoulders. I know some people don't like that, but they were patient and even made some personal small talk while they worked. I would welcome the team I had back into the home if there was more work that needed to be done that was outside of my capacity to do.
