Scammers- watch out! Especially if you have a home warranty they will try to charge you more than required with your warranty.

I had a major blockage with my plumbing over a holiday weekend.
Everything was backing up in my bath tub and shower and the toilets wouldn't flush. Woodie Woods got me scheduled quickly and sent someone shortly after I called. Clint did a great job with diagnosing and fixing a difficult problem. He was really friendly and explained everything to me. The pricing was reasonable and fair. I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!!

They were efficient. They did their best to keep my cost down. They cleaned up and made sure not to track dirt or mud in and out of my house. However they do not fix any drywall or wood they have to remove to get to a leak or pipe in the wall. I was happy with the work and job they did.

Had an issue with the drain pipe behind my washing machine overflowing. Woodie Woods came out the next morning and snaked my whole drain line and made it good as new. They were super friendly and informative while they were here. The lowest cost option as well from when I called around. Had Roto Rooter come out and fix a problem prior to this and my bedroom ended up in an inch of water. So I'm a Woodie Woods customer for good!

I recently bought a house, within 4 days of being there we noticed the toilet was flushing slow or not at all. I bought an auger and snaked the drain only to pull weeds. I wanted to call a local company because i believe in supporting the community. I called woody woods and received great customer service from a gentle men over the phone. I was advised that a gentlemen would be sent out in a few days. When the plumbing technician arrived he removed the toilet and we could see the weeds. The way it looked i believed he would get them out in no time since you could actually see them. This was not the case, he tried 2 different auger machines and nothing he told me it was a tough one. The plumbing tech told me that he was going to have to cut my vent pipe to even get to them because of how the pipe was routed. He cut the vent and still could not get them, he told me that he was probably going to have to bring a partner out with him, but he did not let me forget that he charges 80 dollars and hour for his service. He tried to snake the plumbing line one more time only to have his auger machine break down. He placed a rag in my drain and said he would be back in three days with a partner, but i should no that it will be at least 800 dollars since the weeds were so tough,. He left, the drain that he left open ended up backing up into my hallways and bed rooms. I called rooter rotters that same day, they sent out an actual, PLUMBING PROFESSIONAL', and the line was cleaned of all weeds in 20 minutes. The plumber did not even have to go in my house to do it, he went to the outside drain!!!!! I'm writing this to let anyone who reads it know, woody woods plumbing are crooks. The plumber they sent out smoked cigarettes the entire time, bragged about how much money he made and was very very unprofessional. The customer service over the phone is great but when it comes to actual plumbing work it is not. If i could give no stars i would, but one is the only description they have for bad service. Stay away, give your money to a company that values its customers.

Great response time! Very professional and saw the job through. Didn't leave and come back 5 times like others. Will use Woodie Woods from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Hard to find good, honest, dependable companies these days......I found it!!!

I had water puddling around the waste-water pipe in our wall between a bathroom and bedroom. It flooded the bedroom and I had to pull back the carpet and open up the wall. I had one plumbing company come out and tell me it was a foundation leak and quoted me 4 options ranging from $2500 to $8000. I had Woodie Woods come out for a second opinion on my issue and their guy located a pin-size spray of water coming from the cold water pipe at the base of the wall. He replaced the pipe for $225 and I was ecstatic. I will definitely use them again whenever I have a plumbing issue.

We were having our kitchen sink replaced by Woodie Woods Plumbing and the employee/plumber they sent cracked the counter granite in several places and said it was our fault. Upon inspection, the employee had not removed or loosened the adhesive/cement that was holding the original sink in place to the countertop. He simply pushed on the bottom of the sink trying to force it up and the result was cracked granite.

We will never use this company again. The plumber who did the job was fine but we were outrageously overcharged for the amount of time and work that was done.

The service they provide is great. We have used them a few times and they are always professional and do great work they are are new plumping guys.

Always come and fix it right the first time. Cleanup after themselves. Rates are reasonable.

Love to go into a place and feel comfortable when someone know what they are talking about. The gentlemen looked at the part and knew what it was by looking at it.
