Jay did a great job and was extremely easy to work with. Real personable and respected the asks we had when he arrived. Did a thorough job and took photos of everything he was seeing and or repairing underneath our house so that we could see what he was seeing. He let me know moving forward if we ever have any issues with our plumbing that we can come to him. Would and will definitely work with Jay and Hardtimes Plumbing again for any plumbing issues we have.

He was very knowledgeable and was able to finish the job very fast. He is very fair with his price and his personality is very good.
