Second time using AAA Auger. First time they fixed a problem another plumbing company could not. This time I had quite a few repairs done and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Excellent service - they had someone at my door 30 minutes after my call and it was the plumber I requested. Ask for Eugene - he's a great guy and really knows his stuff!

Peter came to our home and fixed our broken pipe with the usual excellent service we have received from AAA Auger. I would also like to give a huge thank you to Jared (I'm not sure if that spelling is correct) in the main office for his excellent service as well. We called several times over the last week for advisement before our pipe burst and he was patient and explained things to us so that we could take appropriate action. My husband and I have been customers of this company for many years and I always appreciate the work that is done and the plumbers that have been to our home. Thank you so much!!!!

We have used AAA Auger for about 20 years. I always know I can expect professional and courteous treatment from them. Yesterday Fred came to fix a plumbing problem and he was awesome! When he completed his work he put things back exactly as he found them AND showed me how to do preventive maintenance. We have also had Peter come to our home several times and he knows his plumbing for sure! They care!

Eugene came out for a routine hot water heater flush. He did a great job and brought just the right equipment to get the job done efficiently and neatly for my odd setup. My water heater is inside one of the bedrooms and not a drop was spilled anywhere. Very affordable. Will use this service again.

Eugene and Wendell came out to install a sink for me that I was unable to get removed. They were very courteous and professional and they got the job done right quickly and correctly. I will definitely call on them again if I have need for a plumber.

Our tub was draining slow, not the sink or the toilet so we knew there must be something stuck in the tub. Just wanted a plumber to come out and clean the drain. John came out and wanted to charge us $300, said he would have to drill through our floor. We asked him a few questions and his answers were I don't know. Thankfully we sent him on his way without doing anything. We rented an auger and did it ourselves. Problem solved at a fraction of the cost. They are out to get you to do more services than needed cost. Will not ever call them again or recommend them to anyone.

Just had Fred from AAA Auger out. Friendly and thorough! Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Whole house was backed up. All clear now! Thanks!!

Finally a plumber you can trust! I own a large property management company (DFW Rent Houses) in the DFW area and use them for all my rentals. They are reliable and timely and prices are customary. They also dont charge any hidden fees like the others I used to use. I particularly love dealing with Frederick the technician when he is called out. Always a smiling face and extremely knowledgeable plus give out free pointers to my tenants on what they can do to prevent future problems.
They also warranty their work with save my home owners money. 5 stars all the way
