When I dropped something on the faucet of our new water heater, it broke and flooded our garage. I was devastated and thought I had to get a new one. Carlos saved our new water heater, fixed and was professional. He even did some courtesy task while he was waiting for the heater to fill again. He also showed me some tips and tricks to maintain the heater. It was a bit pricey, but the work and professionalism was definitely worth it! Also, Carlos came with a lot of equipment and the service comes with 2yrs warranty. That justifies the pricing.

Jamar did a awesome task coming in with his boot covers on. professional and knowledgeable. He was fast with a diagnosis of why our A/c stopped working. corrected within an hour. I would recommend him. I think he needs a pay raise! Over all a great gentleman and worker.

We've used Friends Plumbing on a few occasions, and have always been delighted with the customer work and quality of work. Don W was superb in fixing all our repairs. taking the time to explain things and going through each item he repaired to confirm it worked and to make sure he answered any questions. We are considering having a water softener installed and if so, will request Don again. Thank you for being one of the companies we can still depend on to be reliable and trustworthy.
