Trey came over on short notice for an emergency water heater replacement. They were able to finish in less than 4hrs. They were prompt , professional, and answered all my questions

Trey discovered that the previous plumber only put a band-aid on the real, more difficult and unpleasant, underlying problem. That explains why the problem continued after the first repair by the other plumber. Trey fixed everything fully, professionally, and timely. He was polite and courteous and explained the details in a way I could understand. I highly recommend him.

TALT Plumbing is excellent, from the initial contact in scheduling an appointment, to the initial visit to discuss the installation and receive an estimate to the final installation, TALT was excellent. They are courteous and pleasant to work with. The area where they work is left extremely clean when they are through with their work. Their price is very reasonable. I highly recommend TALT plumbing.

Just moved into this house and smelled gas coming from the hot water heater. Called Talc and they were out within 3 hours and made the repair. Great service!

We called TALT first thing in the morning on a Monday morning and they were out within an hour and a half. They were friendly, personable, quick, and efficient. They were able to re route our broken pipe so that we did not have to jack hammer through our brand new floor. Trey and his group were awesome and we will use them again in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

Trey was excellent. Very upfront and honest, he even said I could probably get the work done for less else where. But I value honesty and probably would have felt comfortable going with another plumber. He went above and beyond went it came to fixing my shower faucet that I broke (don't trust YouTube). Overall, I would highly recommend him and his company again!

I had a flood in my living room and was in total panic mode. TALT was recommended to me by a friend, so I called them and explained what happened. They practically diagnosed the issue over the phone and when the technician showed up, they were exactly right. He had all the right parts/equipment on the truck and fixed the issue right away. They were super professional and knowledgeable. They had a reasonable call fee too. TALT is great and I'd totally call them again.

The company was very responsive in communicating updates on scheduled job. The plumber that came in Dion was professional and personable. Also cared to change shoes to dry ones since his boot was soaked in snow. The job quality was very good. Only 4 stars because their pricing was a very high. At least when I spoke with the owner he was honest enough in admitting that they do charge higher than comparable plumbing companies.

Amazing service, called on Saturday, came out on Monday and found and fixed our main line leak

I called and asked how much is it to come and diagnose the problem and I was told it will be $50. If there is anything else to fix, I will have to pay more. Sure, sounds great. But when the technician arrived at my house, he said that I have to pay $50 and then another $189 just to see what is the problem. And then on top of that pay another $$ for repair. Nothing was said about $189 just to see the problem. Would never use this company. Even in the text description it says “ our standard fee for the expense associated with the time and travel to diagnose, inspect, and provide expert recommendation for a home”. And nothing was done. Horrible experience.

TALT was great with communication around schedule and arrival time. Trey found and repaired the frozen pipe which had broken during the Feb 2021 freeze. His customer service and plumbing skills were much appreciated. God bless our plumbers!

I originally called Talt a few months ago, when I heard water in my walls. They came to check things out and although at the time didn't find anything, they also did not charge me for the house call. I kept that in mind a few months later when one of my 15 year old water heaters decided to leak all over the garage. I spoke to John on Monday morning, he gave me a quote and scheduled the replacement. Delvin was out to my house by 9:30 AM that same day. I decided to replace both water heaters, since it was only a matter of time before the other one went out. I am very pleased with the work. The price quoted was all in, including permits, hauling away the old units, and any supplies needed to set up the new units. The communication was great; I received a text when the appointment was scheduled, when they were on their way, and when they were finished. I am so relieved to have this complete and at a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend Talt Plumbing!

We had a pipe burst during this unprecedented cold spell and TALT was able to come fix it within a couple of hours. SO incredibly happy to have water again! Dion was excellent, got right to the problem, and was very professional and personable. Would definitely call TALT again!

I called TALT after hours last night about making repairs to our house as a result of freeze and they responded first thing this morning that they would be onsite today. We’ve been on a waiting list with another company for 5 days with no one has showed or even called to check with us but TALT arrived on time and within 24 hours of my call. They were amazing!

Dion replaced our water heater today. He arrived right on time, got straight to work, and was very efficient. He’s always polite, personable and professional. We love TALT!

From the initial contact I was impressed with Talt plumbing. They were friendly and professional and promptly got me on the schedule. They identified the technician by name and sent a confirmation email with the schedule and his picture. We missed that time due previous customer needs but he personally called and explained the situation. I was also contacted by the office to reschedule. When he arrived he was apologetic, cordial and got right to work. It took about an hour to locate the FIRST SET of burst pipes in the wall behind the upstairs bathroom vanity. From there it was a fix and find mission that wound up involving 10 separate pipe failures behind 3 different walls. Throughout the day our tech remained focused, professional, and thorough. The company owner even joined us to help. I don’t wish these problems on anyone but if you encounter like problems,Talt Plumbing should be your go to plumber.
Just had my third set of dealings with Talt plumbing and their service was still the best. On time, cordial and professional, exactly what you want.

The company was responsive and on time with service. Dion the plumber was professional. Work quality was good. Only 4 stars because their rates are way higher than most other plumbing agencies. One thing I do admire is the owner’s honesty when I spoke with him admitting that they are higher than most agencies.

Talt came out same day when our plumbing backed up and worked on unclogging our pipes for 3 hours! Unfortunately they were unable to reach the clog due to our pipes being over 100 ft ... but I was not charged! I was blown away that I was not charged a penny since they were unable to complete the service. I appreciated the honesty and service.

Talt Plumbing the only plumbing company that we use. . They are dependable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have recommended them to several friends. They take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. They installed our hot water, repaired a slab leak, located and replaced a leaking pipe in our sprinkler system, and unclogged a drain.
Their expertise is evident in everything that they do.

Was extremely professional and logically walked me through all of my options and let me make the decisions. I have a unique case where there is water damage on my floors that could have been from an active leak or other. Trey was able to walk me logically through options to find if there was a leak causing and what it would take to repair. In my instance an active leak is not probable. He pressure checked the system and found a very small drop in pressure indicating a leak somewhere but minor. not what could have caused the large area of damaged wood floors. He has helped us narrow down our hunt for what the cause could have been and recommended further options. I chose to stop the hunt at this point for the small leak and the hunt for the cause of floor damage due to cost but was able to based on what we have done so far and ruled out. Thank you Trey

Had another problem with burst pipe from cold weather. Again professional and on time and got my water working. During these freeze conditions. This time dione came out. All of their plumbers so far are professional and will explain/ walk you through what is going on and how they are fixing it.

Trey (the owner) was so kind! Great customer service and he fixed my sink in less than 10 minutes. I hope not to need a plumber for a long time, but I'll call him when I do.

Rep did ok - just completed the pipe repair and installed the new New two piece potty replaced a one piece potty and did not have a new seat and lid - plumber use old potty seat and lid.

The repair of the tile behind the potty was not done (not part of Job according to repairman) - The removal of wall covering under the wash basin that was also removed trying to find the leak was also not repaired (same reason given) we do not do that repair.

I believe that the repair of the damage done to find the leak should be considered as part of the total job since the damage to the walls was done by your plumbers.

TALT Plumbing was able to get me in that day and fixed the attachment needed for the new dishwasher. Super helpful and respectable people. Thank you!!!
